He gave us space to figure things out, always offered his honest perspective, and never pushed us. He even happily agreed to go back and re-tour a place we'd seen three weeks earlier (spoiler alert: we still didn't buy it). Throughout what ended up being a pretty intense market, Chuck was the calming presence we needed. He was insanely responsive at all hours and always had a thoughtful and well-reasoned answer to our questions. Every property we put an offer in ended up in a multi-offer situation, which was incredibly stressful.
