He cares and I'm going to have back surgery, not the injections I've received many times. I would not feel comfortable with anyone, except Drm Thomas Nasser. The doctors are a very knowledgeable. I have known Nasser since I began treatment. He has many years of experience. If you need many types of pain relief, all of the doctors are very knowledgeable. The office staff works well with them. I've had a few issues of my medicine not being sent or partial was sent, but it was immediately resolved by the supervisor who works in medications. Otherwise, I am very pleased. I finally built up the courage to talk to them about getting help and they were up for it! I contacted the facility and sent in the information to the intake people. I was surprised that same day they came over and picked up the person who willingly went in to get help! I saw pictures of the facility online and it looks like a desert resort! The staff mentioned they want at least a month of isolated care so I'm going to wait to visit. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the specific care and I felt the plan of care would be effective! They described the brief breakdown of the treatment, the activities planned and their expectations and it seems good to me. I got good vibes from them and I'm hoping it works out great! Looking forward to visiting in person to check the place out!
