Frye Chiropractic is, hands down, THE BEST practice in the Antelope Valley. Over the years, I've…read morebeen to probably about 15 chiropractors, as I had a few bad injuries, a bad fall from quite a height, and have been rear-ended several times, (once at a very high speed on the freeway). I have other complicated medical conditions, as well.
Dr. Suzanne Frye is mostly retired but she stays very involved with her practice and continues to maintain the excellence she is known for.
When I first went in to the office, I had a personal issue and was planning to not go to them for care after I learned she was mostly retired. She wasn't even in the office when it happened, but the front office staff informed her that I didn't think anyone else could help me, besides her. Dr. Frye called me at home, talked through all my doubts and hesitations (hopelessness, really), and convinced me to come in so she could oversee my first appointment and make sure I was well-taken care of. I had a surprisingly successful first visit with Dr. Joey and she was involved and dedicated to finding solutions and resolving my unique personal injuries.
I have been seeing Dr. Joey for about a year and he is literally the MOST COMPETENT doctor that has ever adjusted me. I am a TRULY difficult case and after trying several chiropractors, I had given up, for over a year, because they were ALL unable to adjust my neck and I felt they were making my injuries worse. I became resigned to living in constant pain.
To my surprise, Dr. Joey DEEPLY adjusts my entire neck every single time I see him, and somehow he has never hurt me like the other doctors I've been to. No question, he has a TRUE GIFT for this profession. He is also the kindest, friendliest doctor you could meet, is caring and very relatable. Leagues above his competition.
The front office staff are all sweethearts. They are respectful, attentive, intentional and go above and beyond in serving their clients. Natalie, Cyann and Laura are great and they always remember my son's and my name. They greet us with a warm smile and actually make eye contact (kinda rare these days). All of the office staff are helpful, polite and engaged, even those who don't treat me personally. I had often encountered front office staff who were invariably rude, impatient and uncaring at the majority of places I'd gone before, so I really appreciate this aspect of Frye Chiropractic.
I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Frye personally says, "I'm Dr. Frye and I care," on her radio advertisement. I promise you, she really DOES care and it's obvious she hand-picked every employee because they genuinely care, too.
I know this is a ridiculously long review, but I have had such a continually outstanding experience with Frye. They are vastly superior to the all others I tried. I honestly can't say enough about how exceptional this office is. First class all the way. You will not be sorry if you choose Frye Chiropractic.
