He was paid money and did not even deliver all of the materials spelled out in contract. This is after months of delays from poor planning on his part. The job was a simple 24 foot extension on an existing shop building (three walls and a roof). The job was started in April and he quit the job in August 4 months I waited for this to get done. Now it is October and because he canceled the materials that were on order I am still waiting to get the new contractor to finish the building. I tried to negotiate a settlement with him but he refused to answer phone, email or text. I guess I will have to take him to small claims court over this. Another big waste of my time.

I had Windows Plus replace my old windows and while Cliff was friendly and very responsive when it came to getting the windows initially installed, as soon as I started to run into issues with the windows, he was impossible to get a hold of. After trying to get my windows looked at for 4 months, I eventually had to go directly to the manufacturer to get the windows replaced. After replacing those windows myself, another window broke in a way that I can't resolve myself. It feels like pulling teeth trying to get Cliff to help. I'm still waiting on him.
