So arrogant and condescending. I couldn't even have a rational conversation when Brent refuses to do a site visit. How in world do you know what excavation needs to be done for drainage, let alone what the terrain issues are from just pictures? Then he has to gall to badmouth other companies. Yes, I'm sure he's the only one that knows anything. I wonder how all these other companies have stayed in business for so long. His work ethic and integrity are clearly shown in the emails I have.
