Ryan "RJ" Haynes with Haynes & Associates came to our home on 1/29/26 to measure for a custom…read moreshower door following a bathroom remodel. The initial appointment went smoothly, but the experience declined significantly from there. Beginning in March, installation was repeatedly delayed with a wide range of reasons provided, including transportation issues and lack of help for installation. Communication was consistently poor -- we had to initiate nearly every follow-up, and scheduled appointments were canceled at the last minute multiple times. RJ did offer a refund in late March, though at that time we still preferred to move forward with installation. When it became clear the project would not be completed, we requested the refund. That process also required repeated follow-up and was not handled as originally promised. We did ultimately receive a full refund, but only after considerable time, effort, and frustration. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company due to lack of reliability, communication, and follow-through.
