We had 22 insulated double pane window glass seals fail and they had become too foggy to see…read morethrough. We also needed a large skylight glass replaced as it had cracked and was failing. RJ (the owner) gave us the lowest bid, and stuck to that price despite rising costs and manufacturing delays. Special attention was required in replacing the skylight glass, 5 hours of installation for 2 guys as flashing was needed and had to be custom manufactured in order to prevent any water leakage. This was completed without complaint or a price increase. We live at an elevation of 9,054 feet above sea level near multiple ski areas and temperature fluctuations along with snow accumulation necessitated that special attention and consideration be given to our installation, i.e. sealant/caulking, etc. Well Done! An honest businessman!

Beginning in March, installation was repeatedly delayed with a wide range of reasons provided, including transportation issues and lack of help for installation. Communication was consistently poor -- we had to initiate nearly every follow-up, and scheduled appointments were canceled at the last minute multiple times. RJ did offer a refund in late March, though at that time we still preferred to move forward with installation. When it became clear the project would not be completed, we requested the refund. That process also required repeated follow-up and was not handled as originally promised. We did ultimately receive a full refund, but only after considerable time, effort, and frustration. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company due to lack of reliability, communication, and follow-through.
