This company is the very best in town in my opinion. After a car accident, I needed a wheelchair…read moretemporarily and so I rented one from them and they were so careful to fit it properly and to give me the proper cushions and advice on what to get so that my neck, injuries and back injuries wouldn't get worse with every bump that I would go over with the wheelchair. I think with any other company, they would've just rushed and put me in a wheelchair and tried to sell me the highest price cushion. Even though they were very busy that day, the person helping me took the time to explain all of the different options I had and show me the different types of cushions, and which one would be best specifically for my injuries. The person took so much time to make sure that my wheelchair was fitted properly to me And I ended up being able to go to a concert festival because of that wheelchair. I had already bought tickets and I had assumed that there was no way that I was going to be able to realistically go through a crowded festival and I was really quite sad about it since it was one of the few things that I was looking forward to, despite being very injured and in pain. The person fitting the wheelchair accounted for the fact that I would be using it in a crowd on uneven terrain and that I would likely be using it for longer than one ordinarily would since it's not so easy to get in and out of a festival. I receive tips on how to take breaks from the wheelchair how to get in and out how to navigate through crowds, Pico Medical really went above and beyond what they needed to do to provide a wheelchair rental. What they provided was comfort and happiness, and the way they spoke to me respectfully and focused on preserving my autonomy, despite being hit-and-run by a drunk driver and being very injured, that meant the world to me. They're always my first call if I need anything for my family or friends. Their prices are reasonable, the associates helping the general public are always polite and kind and patient. And I like the fact that the businesses woman owned. I highly recommend them!

David is extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Due to the shortage, I had to call 10+ pharmacies to ask about stock and many were rude. Not here though! I was expecting to pay more but was able to save quite a bit due to the generic which was greatly appreciated. I felt safe inside the store (you have to be buzzed in) and also that my privacy was important, it wasn't a crazy line of 15+ people like CVS or Rite Aid. Only tricky thing is getting into the plaza. I called this morning, named my insurance and asked about the post mastectomy prosthesis and bras they advertise on their website. Always shop local if possible! Plus, the customer service here far exceeds ANY AND ALL of the CVS pharmacies I've ever been too! Tamir takes care to follow the myriad rules regulating the industry (obviously), while also taking the time and energy to cater to my individual needs. He's never left me without medicine that I need regardless of the circumstances, which is way more that I can say about CVS. Coincidentally, Tamir was also a patient of my doctor and so he could read his especially messy hand writing and never refused to fill a script because it was too hard too read- another thing I can't say for CVS. Save the time, frustration and inconvenience of getting your prescriptions filled at the big chains like CVS and make the switch to your local pharmacy like I did! You won't regret it!!!

There's a reason for that: they treat me like a human being rather than just another number. I have a bona fide medical condition, and my medication is not a favor. Tatiana and Elyssa have never made me feel that way.
