He did it again!! Husic provided wonderful service & great communication. I needed a simple clean up of my pool prior to my July 4th pool party. Husic sent me a message of when he would be @ my house. I left the backyard gate opened & told him. I saw him outside when he got to my house & spoke to him briefly. Paid him & let him know when he was done he could leave. I was in the house preparing for my party & there was no need for me to keep an eye on him while he was cleaning my pool. He sent me a picture of the pool after he was done. It looked amazing! See my before & after photos. He also mentioned how the pool walls had some algae on them as if my weekly pool guy may have missed this & also fixed a part that had some debris in it & he cleaned it out for me. Indicated the pool could be cleaned within a week. Waited five days to see when it would be scheduled. indicated it would be scheduled in two days, on Friday which I am not available to be home. I requested a different day and he couldn't accommodate. Told me he was too busy. Didn't try to work out a different schedule. Oh well, business lost. Must be making tons of money to not need additional customers. In response to the owner: I did not message you on Monday. I contacted you Saturday and you indicated you would schedule. You went dark and I contacted you today, Wednesday, and you indicated it would be scheduled for Friday which did not work. You failed to communicate the schedule and proceeded with purchasing materials without a confirmed appointment. When trying to reschedule you indicating nothing was available for the next week and a half. No apology just excuses and lies. read more

He came out for free, checked my programming, checked the water and all my equipment and made recommendations of what he would do. When I asked what he would charge, he told me that I was actually out of his area, he didn't realize that at first when I contacted him. We needed our pool drained and the water replaced. After seeing the excellent reviews on Yelp, we contacted Husic at Rx Pool Service to get an estimate. He called back very quickly, and said he could come by and check it out. He tested the water and told us we could probably get through another season without changing the water, but it would probably take more chemicals to keep in balance. Since we had decided to go ahead with the water change, Husic said he could set up his equipment the next morning to pump the pool out. He arrived on time the next morning and set everything up. He told us to contact him when the pool was drained and he'd come back and pick up the equipment. After the pool was re-filled, Husic came back and tested the water and added appropriate treatment chemicals. Husic was very professional, friendly, and gave us very valuable advice on our pool care. The cost of his services was extremely reasonable. We definitely will use Rx Pool Service for any pool issues in the future! (We used to have another pool service, but learned more about pool care in a couple of visits from Husic than in over a year of the other company's service!!) read more
