Turns out my insurance doesnt pay for progressives so it was all a waste, and now I've been waiting for regular lined bifocals to come in for almost 2 weeks. everyone was very nice but at the end of the day I just need glasses and I still don't have them, even though I was led to believe the wait time was arbitrary and my glasses would likely come sooner.

Horrible service…read more After spending thousands of dollars with this company for my family's eye care over the years, I will never go back there after today. I ordered new contacts and was told if they didn't work out, they would take back the contacts including the packages that were opened but unused. After waiting in the office for 30 minutes and listening to the assistant manager talk to customers about a vacation to DC, I finally asked for help again. Upon returning the contacts, the assistant manager advised that they won't take the opened but unused contacts back. It was a 90 day supply with 3 smaller packages inside and they refused to take the 2 smaller unopened packages back. The assistant manager was argumentative and arrogant. Upon leaving the store, the assistant manager very sarcastically said "Have a nice day". There are many, many other providers out there for eye care and my family will definitely be finding a new eye care provider. Do better RX Optical.

When my partner called today, the only update was: "they aren't in yet." Staff acknowledged the deadline has passed but gave no explanation and no new timeline. The store did not contact him before the deadline passed. This delay has real consequences. His existing glasses have deteriorated to the point of being unusable, and he depends on corrective lenses to drive safely and perform his job. Missing a promised pickup date for basic single-vision glasses, with no communication or urgency, puts unnecessary strain on someone who relies on vision to work and commute safely. Waiting 21 days for standard single-vision glasses and still missing the promised date is unacceptable. If you need glasses within a reasonable timeframe, do not rely on this location. One star.
