Not sure why express is in the name here because this place is anything but. My doctor called in a prescription on Monday morning at 9 AM when I called 24 hours later to find out the status I was told that the prescription had not been called in. So I called my doctor again to have them call it in. The pharmacist stated they would call me once they had. I waited a week called back and was told it wasn't in so I called the doctors office once again to find out the issue. Received a text to call the pharmacy back as they had an update to my prescription so I call after being on hold for 15 minutes I hang up and call again only to be hung up on. Called again as it's a prescription that is needed and this is the only compound pharmacy close by me. Finally speak to someone that basically asks if I want the prescription. After calling for 2 weeks of course I want the prescription. This seems excessive for a business that doesn't appear to have a ton of customers. Reading the previous reviews it seems that they are all happy coming here HOWEVER I was not impressed. Really concerning that a 100 dollar prescription takes weeks to get and then 3-4 days to make. Would rather go to walgreens or cvs and have them compound it for me as this place is not very customer focused in my opinion. read more

I have a new Rx for a compound medication and so far have had a good experience with RxExpress. I had the option to pick up or have delivered which is very convenient. The administration method for the Rx was not one I was familiar with but the very detailed instructions that came with the. Rx were very helpful and easy. Then they called to follow up which was a nice surprise and very good customer service. read more

Doctor sent prescription to this mail order shop, not sure why never used them Before. Prescription did not arrive till 8:00 PM two days later. It was in a cold pack but there was no information on the drug. There was a local phone number to call, but they were closed. Once called I guess they would tell me it needed to be refrigerated. Store closes at 6:00 Pm Friday and will not open till Monday at 9:30 AM. On my own till then. WILL NOT USE AGAIN! I question all of the 5 star ratings they post, hmmmm. read more

This Lutz/Land o Lakes pharmacy has always been outstanding and efficient every time I have dealt with them throughout the years and as of recent. Don't let the recording fool you if you have to call them. They may feel they are not up to 100% on staffing etc but that is based on their own extremely high expectations. This is a very clean and efficient place. Prescriptions ready in a reasonable time and they notify you of the cost before filling. The business does not file for insurance( I wish they did.) but give you the forms to file with your insurance company. Often insurance will not cover compounding medicines which is not right on the insurance company. read more

RX is great to work. Thanks to RX Express Compounding. I take Citalopram for depression and it helped but just wasn't enough so I added the LDN compound. I have great success with the LDN compound. This is a low dose naltrexone, used off label. At .5mg (normal dose is 50mg) I am now able to go away from home for several nights at a time something I haven't been able to do for many years. I went away and actually enjoyed myself. Before I didn't go anywhere over night. If I did all I thought about was getting home and I was miserable. Now instead of spending days dreading a chore I happily get up and do it. Before I spent days making plans and always at the last minute decided not to go. now I make plans, go, and enjoy. The mental and emotional aspect of life is so much better. I wake up eager for the day feeling emotionally energized and happy. LDN has made a positive difference in my life. read more

After suffering for way too long, I found Dr. Peggy Watson. I told her that I tried several compounding pharmacies, & my new "new" was an awful existence. My Ovaries were gone and compounds that made me break out and feel terrible were what was left. She told me to hang in there and sent me to RX Express. I was so skeptical but they did what the other compounding pharmacies couldn't do!!! She was right, they compound properly, and train the best of the best in Tampa. They are empathetic and very patient. I've never seen a pharmacy like it. I live a little far from there but it's well worth the drive. (They also give two months supply) If you want your life back, this is the only place to go. A+ mixing A+ customer service I can't say enough about them. They are soooooo good. I recently had a compounding prescription filled at this pharmacy and realized toward the end of the antibiotic that I was a day short. When I called to request more I was told that I was given an additional day more than what the prescription called for but they would give me an additional day at no charge. I picked up the additional day and was able to give my son two out of the three doses required for the last day, I still did not have enough! read more

I submitted a Rx yesterday was told to pick it up between 2 and 4. Got there at 3 only to be told I have to wait 20 mins because it wasn't ready. This is not the worse part when I first go there I was told it was ready and they were just printing a label. so I went ahead and paid for it and only after was I told about the 20 mins. I should have known not to trust this pharmacist after he tried to up sell me over the phone yesterday. He literally doubled the quantity of the medication prescribed saying I would likely need more than the doctor ordered. Seriously think twice before using this pharmacy read more
