I was helped by Paul, one of the managers, who was very helpful and knowledgeable, and not pushy in the least. He helped us through the entire process, and we ended up paying far less than I had anticipated. I thoroughly advise anyone looking for a nice suit to at least give this location a shot, as I genuinely feel the staff there couldn't have been more helpful and accommodation to me.

Karin introduced himself to my fiance only, shook his hand, and abruptly turned around to lead us towards the back of the store. My fiance said, "This is Selena." Karin replied, "Yep!" and continued walking without turning around. I responded audibly with, "...Okay?" No response. It was quite audible, since I was feeling irritated. When we reached the back of the store, Karin pulled 1 chair out, motioned for my fiance to sit, and said that someone will be with us shortly. He never made eye contact with me. I later noticed that he was walking around eating a celery stick, then sat down in a chair to watch the TV they had mounted on the wall. The person who helped us in the back was sweet, but also quite timid, so I didn't think it would be valuable to vent about Karin to her. I sent an email to their customer service instead. My fiance wanted my opinion before moving forward with his suit rentals, especially since he doesn't know what colour my wedding dress is and I want the suits to complement it. You can imagine what my firm decision was after that experience.

More expensive that Zara but less expensive than Holt Renfrew. Club Monaco is the Mecca for classic and elegant prep wear. The fit is more petite and as someone who has difficulty finding blazers and jackets that fit my frame, I never go wrong with CM. I would probably spend most of my hard earned cash here. There's such an ease to the clothing - it never looks like the designs are trying too hard. A silk blend tank top will run about $79-99. I remember being in high school and I bought my first Club Monaco top that wasn't a sweatshirt (I wish I hadn't given mine away). It was a long sleeved, french cuff, butter milk coloured silk shirt. The quality was amazing. The only reason why I don't have it anymore is because someone had spilled Pepsi all over it. That shirt symbolized what I thought about Club Monaco's clothing: timeless, elegant, simple, but affordable luxury.

Sequestered away in the heart of Burnaby, Club Monaco's Metrotown branch still manages to hold its own against the plethora of trendy little boutiques haunting the halls, tempting teenagers to part with their (moderately) hard-earned cash. Club Monaco preserves the tradition of producing fresh and stylish classic as first established by Joseph Mimran, the force behind Club. Now decidedly more fashion-forward, Club Monaco is still the ideal go-to place when in need of the classic white blouse or that little black dress. The stock is ever-changing though not as plentiful as its downtown counterparts, with more trend-focused pieces lightening up urban classics.

Yes Women can get customed shirts, suits, jackets and you name it. Well they to have to tailor and alternate it a bit more for women than for men. I walked in with an one hour appointment with their designer/specialist. It does take an hour for them to measure me and mark all measurements down. I tried on a suit (top and bottom), a vest, a coat and a shirt. Yes they have some generic size and they would pin you down to get the exact measurements. Then we went on to choose the fabric and the other nick nacks. Nick nacks like things I would not even know would be an option for a woman. Examples would be the types of color, the types of pockets (slanted or straight), The seam, pin hole and etc. After all that is done. They would review your order and then send it off to China to be made. The process was quite fun and educational too. Overall, I had a good experience. The people are friendly here. Customer service was excellent. I was offered water when I was being measured. I suggest going to their store to get measured than trying to do it yourself. Its a lot easier. I ended up ordering a suit, 5 shirts and 1 coat. The coat didn't fit me properly when it arrived. It was slightly too small. If the garment doesn't fit, you have a bout 10 days to bring it back. They had me wore the coat at the showroom and I told them where it was small. They made some adjustment and then sent it back to be remade. The coat arrived and I am very happy.

We went back and asked if that is covered under warranty. The salesperson said that we could exchange them, but it could not be done that day because the store computer was not functioning. So we returned to the store the next week, but there was a different salesperson there who told us that the shoes can not be exchanged (despite that the first salesperson said that they could be). When I asked what can be done the salesperson said to phone Customer Service. I phoned a number of times but only got a recording. I tried to contact them via a form on their website, and got a message saying they will respond within 48 hours. I got a response by email about two weeks later, asking me to send photos of the Crocs "from all angles". I sent photos and Customer Service sent back instructions to do an exchange by mail. It looked like we were finally getting somewhere (but we weren't). I sent the Crocs to them via Fedex, and we were supposed to receive replacement Crocs within four weeks. Four weeks passed with no sign of replacement Crocs and no communication, so I emailed to ask if the Crocs had been sent, and if there is a Fedex tracking number to tell where they are. No response. I emailed again after five weeks. No response. I phoned Customer Service several times, and eventually got an actual human on the line! I explained the problem and she looked into it. After a lot of questions and a lot of waiting on the phone she told me that someone forgot to send replacement Crocs. She asked if I would like a refund instead. I replied, "If that will be quicker, then yes". She said she would contact the store we got the Crocs from and arrange a refund that we can go pick up. I don't know why she couldn't just refund my card instead of having me waste the time and gas to go back to the store again. We went to the store and they actually gave us the refund (and that was the only part of this ordeal that actually went right). Unfortunately, there is no refund for the gas I used for multiple trips to the store, or for all the time I spent trying to communicate with them. After two and a half months I finally got the kid's money back, so we just left the store and will never deal with Little Burgundy again.
