They said they would come in 2 weeks, then 3, then 4, then I thought I had cancelled the order, but..... they came while we were not home! So I thought great-- I can use them. They had the right part at a good price. Shipping took a few days but it arrived in 4 days total.

We ordered with two day shipping and the part was broken. The circuit board had a crack in it. Then we ordered another on a Tuesday in hope it would be to where we were at by Friday.. it did not show up until the following Thursday due to the "manager" making an error in finalizing the order. Then the second part, when it finally came, blew smoke and sent pops of electricity throughout our camper once installed. I will not be ordering again. I have black-out draperies in my rv that closes behind my front seats. But if I want to access my rv' s dashboard to use cell phone chargers or the radio at night. I must open the draperies and hid while sticking my head and arms out to reach these connections. As a result, II was looking for a front window privacy cover for this purpose and came across this cover for Fords. I purchased it because it appeared to be a good quality product at a reasonable price and felt it would meet my needs. Although, I was leery because the description states, the cover was for a Ford 1996 to 2014. But during a telephone call to the company, I was told the cover would fit a 2018 rv window which is what I have. Upon receiving this cover, I determined it does not fit a 2018 as claimed. I took pictures to show how the cover fits outside. As well as, how it appears inside due to the mirror cut-outs being too small. Meanwhile as stated earlier, I have draperies which I continue to close at night, but I don't feel as exposed when I want to access the dashboard or items in the front at night. I do think the quality of this product is good; It just does not properly fit the windshield of a 2018 ford rv. Therefore, I don't see a need to replace this cover soon and it does serve my purpose. read more

I only wished I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. I ordered a washing machine for my boat. It had to be a specific size. I received a totally different washing machine and did not realize this until it was completely installed. 2 inches too tall and can't open dispenser This washing machine is 2 inches taller and has totally different dials and knobs. I called Amanda regarding this matter and she told me I was upgraded to a model that superseded the one that I purchased. She also told me that I was after the 90 day Warranty so she wasn't sure if she could do anything to help me. Never received any notice that they were changing my model. She's trying to pin this on the manufacture. I ordered this from the distributor not the manufacture. It is up to them to make this right or to get me the product I ordered. Found it odd how she refused to give me her last name and was a battle to get name of owner of the owner. Will update this review as I find out more. Update.... I have not installed yet, but I ordered a new skylight to replace the one on my practically brand new camper (never took a trip in it yet). I was rather disappointed when I realized last week that my new camper had a severely broken skylight, (which had probably been leaking since I bought it). Examining the factory skylight I found it to be extremely thin and not well made so I chose to order a new one rather than getting a replacement from the manufacturer. I'm happy to say this new skylight is significantly thicker than the factory unit was. I haven't installed yet, so can't comment on how well it holds up, but it does seem to be well made. read more
