Terrible customer service! I ordered RV Superbag Travasak Replacement sheets. They said they would come in 2 weeks, then 3, then 4, then I thought I had cancelled the order, but..... they came while we were not home! So I thought great-- I can use them. They were 18 inches longer (on both ends) than described. The only option I was given was to return them, and get a refund! I just fixed them myself. read more

WARNING!!! This is a scam company! Ordered a new RV Poser Supply with Solar Panels. Both items were pre opened and damaged and they refused to give me a refund until I got the bank involved. Took month to resolve! Will never do business again with such scammers! read more

We ordered with two day shipping and the part was broken. The circuit board had a crack in it. Then we ordered another on a Tuesday in hope it would be to where we were at by Friday.. it did not show up until the following Thursday due to the "manager" making an error in finalizing the order. Then the second part, when it finally came, blew smoke and sent pops of electricity throughout our camper once installed. I will not be ordering again. Conclusion: Poor customer service and bad parts. read more

There was a problem with the product that I received, out of the box! Not the fault of RVuprades, but the manufacturer. What I want to report to you is the EXCEPTIONAL customer service that followed upon notifying RVUpgrades about the issue; before I could get a chance to ask about replacement options, literally, a replacement order was already out for shipment! Thank you for this great service! read more

Ordered 2 entry mats for our RV. Received both packages in good shape. Asked them not to ship until after Christmas and we received notification they were shipped on the date I specified. We received 2 days later. Have not had an opportunity to use yet but they look and seem to be of good quality. Only downside, it would have been nice to have something that was about 10 x 20 instead of 8 x 20 in the mat I wanted. read more

Best price and fast shipping! Never heard of the company but now it will be the first place I look.

When I ordered the gallon of ProtectAll, I received an email stating that it was currently out of stock. I responded, that if they had the 32 oz bottle, I would take two of those. I received another email stating that you received a delivery, and that our gallon would be shipped that day. I consider this exceptional customer service, and I really appreciated the great communications. Thanks Linda Fields read more

Got the fridge roof vent cover quickly. And it fit perfectly and went on easily. And with the rain last night and today's 4 inches of wet snow, I don't have to worry one bit about water coming through that vent! read more

Worst Customer Service ever. First I had to call them and remind them to ship my product. A week after it was suppose to ship. Then I was the wrong Item. Called them to get an return authorization and was told they would call me back with one. Waited another week and call to see where it was. Got it in an email that day. Then after 2 weeks I sent an email asking when I could except the refund. Got the refund right after that. read more

The part I was looking for was in stock and priced good. The shipping and communication was great!!

I have black-out draperies in my rv that closes behind my front seats. But if I want to access my rv' s dashboard to use cell phone chargers or the radio at night. I must open the draperies and hid while sticking my head and arms out to reach these connections. As a result, II was looking for a front window privacy cover for this purpose and came across this cover for Fords. I purchased it because it appeared to be a good quality product at a reasonable price and felt it would meet my needs. Although, I was leery because the description states, the cover was for a Ford 1996 to 2014. But during a telephone call to the company, I was told the cover would fit a 2018 rv window which is what I have. Upon receiving this cover, I determined it does not fit a 2018 as claimed. I took pictures to show how the cover fits outside. As well as, how it appears inside due to the mirror cut-outs being too small. Meanwhile as stated earlier, I have draperies which I continue to close at night, but I don't feel as exposed when I want to access the dashboard or items in the front at night. I do think the quality of this product is good; It just does not properly fit the windshield of a 2018 ford rv. Therefore, I don't see a need to replace this cover soon and it does serve my purpose. read more

Le four à convection fait très bien la job. J'ai fait cuire une pizza et c'était comme à la maison. Assez volumineux avec la tôle de protection mais les specs sont bon. Si vous achetez le trim kit, sachez que la porte dépasse au devant du trim kit read more

I only wished I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. I ordered a washing machine for my boat. It had to be a specific size. I received a totally different washing machine and did not realize this until it was completely installed. 2 inches too tall and can't open dispenser This washing machine is 2 inches taller and has totally different dials and knobs. I called Amanda regarding this matter and she told me I was upgraded to a model that superseded the one that I purchased. She also told me that I was after the 90 day Warranty so she wasn't sure if she could do anything to help me. Never received any notice that they were changing my model. She's trying to pin this on the manufacture. I ordered this from the distributor not the manufacture. It is up to them to make this right or to get me the product I ordered. Found it odd how she refused to give me her last name and was a battle to get name of owner of the owner. Will update this review as I find out more. Update.... Kristen the manager called back and was very helpful. read more

The Dirt Devil 1500 with the retractable hose works great! So glad I finally got this!!

I have not installed yet, but I ordered a new skylight to replace the one on my practically brand new camper (never took a trip in it yet). I was rather disappointed when I realized last week that my new camper had a severely broken skylight, (which had probably been leaking since I bought it). Examining the factory skylight I found it to be extremely thin and not well made so I chose to order a new one rather than getting a replacement from the manufacturer. I'm happy to say this new skylight is significantly thicker than the factory unit was. I haven't installed yet, so can't comment on how well it holds up, but it does seem to be well made. read more

The thermostat came very fast and was easy to install. I love it. Worth every penny. Best upgrade ever made.

They delivered what I ordered, when they predicted. Only people who have had delivery problems lately will find this exciting.
