But our insurance company Progressive found Josh's company and he was happy to help. It wasn't safe to drive our truck to the repair shop so Josh showed up at our campground and gave us a tow. He even popped the hood and diagnosed the issue for us. He offered to fix it himself but didn't have the part in stock. We would have gladly let them repair instead of the shop, but we were leaving the campground that day and needed a quick fix. Gave us a ride to the shop. Very friendly and easy to talk to.
