Two minor issues, yes, but I have had been in the hospital, was still recovering, so it was a lot for me. When I called to make the appointment for service, I advised the service department that I had a warranty covering the two damaged tires. It wasn't noted, unbeknownst to me, so when they were updating me on the length of time before completion, and cost, I realized they were charging me for the tires. I told them about the warranty and was told I should have said something about when I dropped it off. They put the blame on me, which I will take part of it, but they should be talking to service for not making note of it. I just won't be back for service.

Now let's talk safety and longevity of this $2,000 + complete trailer upgrade Brake line which was ran through the rail and exit hole was metal to metal with no protected grommet. Improperly greased bearings. I used an entire tube of bearing grease on all four bearings to properly grease them. Open exposed trailer plug to weather elements Two of the 4 bearing dust covers blew off on the way home. The main support bracket for the leaf springs was completely missing a nut. All these things I had to fix or do properly myself. Slow down and pay attention to what the hell you're doing. You guys are gonna get someone injured or killed. Heads would ROLL if I was the owner of this place!

I can confidently say that after visiting the Chardon branch yesterday, I have full faith that every single 5-star review is well-deserved and accurate. I visited Reel's Auto to purchase a 2016 Ford F-150 from Micheal Ostello. He was more than gracious to me and my wife, answering any questions I had about the truck. He allowed me to take the truck for a few hours up to a Ford dealership so I could pay for my own inspection. When I came back and made a reasonable offer, Micheal and Dan did not hesitate to accept it and start the paperwork process to get me approved for a loan. Before I left, Micheal made sure to fill up the gas tank (about $100 in value) and program a second key fob for me (another $400 in value). I could not ask for better treatment from a dealership, going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. My favorite part of visiting this dealership is that it is owned and operated by veterans who genuinely care about and give back to the community. Everyone who works here are down-to-earth and more than willing to sit down and just have a normal conversation about anything as opposed to the stereotypical auto salesman who simply wants to buy and sell at a profit. From my experience, this organization is one of the most genuine businesses I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and will most definitely be coming back for any future vehicle needs and recommending them to anyone else.

If your buying under $10,000 don't go there they treat you like what you pay for . One problem after another I've had that car less than 3 months and it's been in the shop ever since ended up paying $500 for new spark plugs and new sensor for the gas tank which doesn't work and then we're going to charge me again to bring it back up when they didn't have it right the first time they don't seem to know what they're doing up there and Adam convinced me that there was no issues and that I would no longer have to worry now my check engine light is on. Adam is very arrogant unprofessional and very selective on those they are nice to. Adam if you think my vehicle is so safe and reliable as you said they are why don't you take my vehicle home to your family for a week?! you looked me right in my eyes and told me I had nothing to worry about that I had a warranty and that everything will be okay to trust you!? you're very arrogant & fake I will be reporting you to Better Business Bureau and your loan company is going to be aware how you don't honor their warranty.

Called and ordered a simple alternator. Guy on the phone I'll refer to as "No name" because nobody…read moreever gives a name because there in no accountability in this establishment, says "I gotta get it from my warehouse, it will be about an hour." So after waiting an hour and a half, I called ahead to make sure it was there before I go up there. Low and behold nobody answers. So I wait 15 more minutes and call back. Still no answer. So at this point its now been 1hr45min. I drive there up there and not only did they NOT have it, they lie and say "it's en route. Bout half hour." So I drive back to my shop and wait. I call 45min later, they then put me on hold for 15min!! This is a small parts store with people working there they're only job is to ANSWER THE PHONE. No name gets back on the line and blames the warehouse!! I couldn't believe it. They had me waiting over 3 hours and still tried to deflect blame. I went to a competitor and they had me in, paid for and out in less than 10min. Just a reminder that sometimes its worth the $10 extra to go someplace that treats a customer fairly.
