I purchased a Blue Ox weight distribution hitch recently. As it turned out, it was defective. They immediately called Blue Ox and solved the problem. They would not let me take my camper on the road until the hitch was replaced. Even let me part it there while we waited for the parts to arrive. They even helped me level my camper and properly adjust the hitch so I could tow safety. Can't say enough good things! read more

The counter and parts personnel were very friendly and professional but it is a very poorly managed business which in turn rolls over to the customer. I was very disappointed that my boat trailer upgrades were not completed within the agreed time frame even though management assured me it would be. It took well over a month with no communication or follow through unless I initiated it. I even went there in person to move things along and confirm what I was being told because I felt like I was getting my chain jerked in addition to the poor quality to detail. I regret bringing my trailer to this poorly managed facility and LACK of attention to detail on behalf of the service dept. Now let's talk safety and longevity of this $2,000 + complete trailer upgrade Brake line which was ran through the rail and exit hole was metal to metal with no protected grommet. Improperly greased bearings. I used an entire tube of bearing grease on all four bearings to properly grease them. Open exposed trailer plug to weather elements Two of the 4 bearing dust covers blew off on the way home. The main support bracket for the leaf springs was completely missing a nut. All these things I had to fix or do properly myself. Slow down and pay attention to what the hell you're doing. You guys are gonna get someone injured or killed. Heads would ROLL if I was the owner of this place! read more

JTI installed my 7-way switch and sold me an inteli-hitch last year. Recently I had them service my pop up camper. They performed a safety inspection, fixed my brakes, installed new leaf springs, serviced my bearings, fixed a few lights. The cost was fair and I think I received great value for my money. I couldn't be happier how it tows now vs. before the service. A great local company. read more

JTI helped me resolve issues I had on both trailer hubs for my single axle boat trailer. They took care of me this year in the spring and this week. They are the recommended trailer shop by many mechanics near me in Broadview Hts. You won't be disappointed. read more

I had JTI install a trailer hitch on my CRV today. They are first come first served, so I was a bit nervous about how long it would take after I called and they said they were busy but they'd get it done. I was pleasantly surprised that they took my car right in. The work was done promptly and professionally. While I was waiting, I couldn't help but notice how busy that place was...but the best part was how happy everyone was! They were the most friendly and courteous people I've encountered in a long time! It was refreshing to see everyone politely and happily taking care of one customer after another all the while answering phones. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Way to go JTI! read more

Because of Yelp I was able to find this location and have a trailer hitch installed on our Cadillac SUV. Pricing was extremely competitive and at the end of the day cheaper than U-Haul or any of the local camper/RV dealerships. As noted in the initial review, this is a first come first serve location however with 3 bays and an ample staff they are very quick and professional. I'd highly highly recommended! read more

I took in a two year old boat trailer and explained the zerk fittings broke off the hub when greasing them. I asked them to repair them and finish greasing the hubs. They said all they could do is repack them. Ok.... $650 later I was told my trailer was ready. If that is the price when I bring in a 100% functional trailer (everything worked perfectly), bare minimum I should have received a call or have been told up front! read more

Fantastic service and incredible workmanship !! They are very concerned about your safety. They allowed me to plug in my camper to keep my batteries charged without hesitation. A very pleasant experience with a group of classy people. read more

I was skeptical if they could do a good job on my 2018 Audi Q5. They exceeded my expectation. It was promptly taken into their garage and done in less than 2 hours. Very professional outfit. I would highly recommend them for all types of Hitch work and parts. read more
