He opens it in the spring so that it all is working when I arrive and closes it in the fall after I have left. He has worked on and replaced my air conditioners, leveled my unit and had to repair my slide when I was not even there yet. He keeps track of the roof maintenance that is needed every couple of years and replaced my awning before I arrived one spring. This year I asked him to go in and upgrade my microwave to a micro/convenction oven. He did this and went one step further and found one with an air fryer setting as well. He is kind and helpful and most of all trustworthy. He has turn key access to my unit and always keep me informed on the progress he is making in my requests for repairs and help. As you can probably tell, I highly recommend this company for your camper repairs.

One of the employees immediately took my information, got some information from my car and ushered me to the waiting area with surprisingly comfortable couches. I had expressed a minor concern about how the steering wheel felt and he was nice enough to print out some information from Toyota - apparently I could get an upgrade from a Toyota service center for free in the next 2 weeks to fix this issue! After they were done with my car (took an hour, like they said), he was also nice enough to go over some driving/maintenance tips to help extend the life of my car. I appreciate that even though I paid half the usual price for the services, they were still extremely helpful and efficient. The only downside is that I have to travel far to get there, but I would definitely consider going back to them.
