He opens it in the spring so that it all is working when I arrive and closes it in the fall after I have left. He has worked on and replaced my air conditioners, leveled my unit and had to repair my slide when I was not even there yet. He keeps track of the roof maintenance that is needed every couple of years and replaced my awning before I arrived one spring. This year I asked him to go in and upgrade my microwave to a micro/convenction oven. He did this and went one step further and found one with an air fryer setting as well. He is kind and helpful and most of all trustworthy. He has turn key access to my unit and always keep me informed on the progress he is making in my requests for repairs and help. As you can probably tell, I highly recommend this company for your camper repairs.

One of the employees immediately took my information, got some information from my car and ushered me to the waiting area with surprisingly comfortable couches. I had expressed a minor concern about how the steering wheel felt and he was nice enough to print out some information from Toyota - apparently I could get an upgrade from a Toyota service center for free in the next 2 weeks to fix this issue! After they were done with my car (took an hour, like they said), he was also nice enough to go over some driving/maintenance tips to help extend the life of my car. I appreciate that even though I paid half the usual price for the services, they were still extremely helpful and efficient. The only downside is that I have to travel far to get there, but I would definitely consider going back to them.

They gave me the run around. Oh Mike isn't here today, call tomorrow blah blah blah. When I finally decided to just visit them, Mike test drove my car and confirmed what I heard. He goes back and lets his supervisors know what he witnessed... The supervisor gave him (Mike) a paper stating that my brakes or atleast 1 was replaced brand new. He states "Oh sometimes these brand new parts can sound like that because they're trying to adjust"... I've never heard of that! Fast forward, here I am 2 months into my purchase and I'm getting my transmission looked at and serviced and, get this, the brakes as well... who knew please be cautious, those places like north coast and or buy here pay here company's aren't the only ones distributing lemons. These lemons just happen to look good.

The shop foreman who gives out prices tried to charge me 5-8 hours labor on a 2 hour rewire on my enclosed trailer. When I questioned his honesty he got mad yelling at me and told me to pay $100.00 dollars before i can get my trailer back that he did not repair yet, he just cut up the wires from the front to the back like a rookie, I could not believe the damage he had done. he claimed he spent over am hour looking for the problem. After finally pulling my trailer out and talking to the front office guy on the shop foreman's less than honest work, the police show up ,4 cars of police. the shop foreman called the police and said I threatened him with a gun. I told the police search the trailer and truck and when they find no gun they need to arrest the shop foreman for making a false police report. I have been going to JTI for 20 years and never a problem, this new shop foreman needs fired and arrested. i ended up going to an electrician, paid $200.00 dollars and this guy did the job in under 2 hours while JTI shop foreman tried to get 5-8 hours out of me, were talking 500.00 -800.00 this crook was looking to get me for. read more
