The charging system with the generator gave up and more concerning our furnace quit working. Since it was late in the season we decided to bring the rig back and have the work done closer to home. Since Gander RV took over from Camper World we decided to give them a try. We had decided to not let our poor experiences with Camper World carry over to Gander. What a great decision that turned out to be!! Gary was our contact and boy did he do a great job. He stayed in close contact and kept us in the loop during each "diagnosis " to discuss options. The two problems were fixed up and during the processes we even added a couple more things to the wish list which were promptly taken care of. All was done on time and for the prices quoted! After one season of camping it needed a long list of warranty work. We dropped it off Oct 2025. No updates, no call backs, nothing from them! Finally got it back in MARCH 2026 after FIVE months, and we're still dealing with service over a lock on the docking station that was replaced but they didn't give us keys to open the door!! We had to break in to open it. It's now mid-May and still waiting for a replacement lock, hopefully with a key!!! MANY calls to service, promised "someone will call you back". In what century!?!?! Nothing! Thank God for duct tape! Buyer beware!!!!!!! Wish you had zero stars.

I knew of an old family friend nearby, but I also knew that it would be a while before we got our car back, so I started searching the Internet locally and found Precision Collision in Westfield. Impressed by their website and the looks of their shop, I figured they had to be doing something right. I was even more impressed when the Geico damage inspector in Stevens Point knew this fellow by name and said, "oh, yeah, they do great work!". SInce the Sequoia is my wife's car, I was worried about a loaner car as well. Our vehicle was scheduled for work on a specific day, my wife was given a very nice late model VW as a loaner and we were told when the car would be ready. And it was ready, exactly when we were told it would be. And it was done beautifully, and the price was exactly as quoted. All OEM parts were used whenever possible as well. I used their shop because I needed a tire change on short notice- not exactly an emergency. They took care of me in their shop which is a little ragged but about average for roadside truck service. They got me back on the road after a thorough check of my tire issues. That's what I needed. Its a big rig truck shop not a boutique-not pretty but reliable. They are somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. I would use them again.

I will say. I was satisfied with my service the first 4 times. How ever earlier this week. I took…read moremy 2011 Lincoln Navigator in for a front end brake job. They decided that my rotors needed to be replaced not turned. The mechanic took the callipers off the vehicle. Opening the brake fluid system to open air. I was lead to the mechanic bay to see the parts. So yes I know they took the callipers off for a fact. They returned my car to me. So I figured it was fixed. Before I got out of the parking lot the brake light came on. So I bought brake fluid and topped it off. Before I was half a mile a way. The brake light was on again. I took it back and told them they left some thing loose. When the mechanic was told to check his work. His response was it was a simple brake job. There was no need to check the brake fluid level. When you take the callipers off the vehicle it is no longer a simple brake job and there is definitely a need to bleed the brakes. After an hour they determined the master cylinder back seal went bad. So I would need to pay another $618.00 to get it fixed. Personally if it could have been driven I would have taken it home and fixed it myself. But I had to barrow the money to get the brakes. The master seal went bad by they're actions. Either do to incompetence or on purpose. So double check they're work if you can.
