Their harsh communication was unnecessary and very stressful. Their work is not professional, the structures built were not high quality. We were overcharged and much of the work initially agreed upon was never completed. We tried our absolute best to remain peaceful, but we are still sick to our stomachs thinking about how they took advantage of our young family. We refrained from speaking up for awhile but it's not fair to anyone else who may go through something similar. We have recorded all details and have photos of their work, we've considered small claims court as we now see how that worked out in a previous clients favor. Overall, we had an awful experience and have had to tell others to put their trust in another company.

I gave her the receipt from that shop and she made a copy of it. To say that they were not initially aware of this is false. I also followed what my triple AAA representative recommended in this situation, and due to the circumstances surrounding the service with the prior shop, they recommended I be towed to the nearest Triple AAA approved shop - which was Blystone's. The very nice receptionist Yolanda did tell me that the shop is very busy and the diagnosis could take up to 2 weeks. It is the fact that after two weeks I was not told an update in timing, I was told to "TOW IT SOMEWHERE ELSE." That is a direct quote, not a dramatization. I was also asked why I didn't tow it back where it came from, afterwards. If Blystone's never intended to "get to it", they could've have been up front about that before my car sat there for two weeks. Busyness is not an excuse for poor communication. Being up front about this situation initially would've saved both of us the trouble. No excuses.

He wasn't pushy and he was honest & made very valid points to help make our decision easier. The rest of the team was super awesome as well. The service manager was super knowledgeable and made sure we knew the unit before pulling it home. He also was so incredibly nice! Lastly Morgan in the finance department definitely made me feel at ease with explaining the ins and outs of payments, loans and what made honestly the most sense.
