These people are great!!!! Always friendly and helpful. They find the issue, repair it and are reasonable in cost. Normally have things repaired quickly. Service is above and beyond outstanding!!!! Had to order a part but it was delayed which interfered with upcoming trip and the found a used part to loan us until the new one arrives. Awesome service!! Our experience with Custom RV was filled with lies and lack of integrity. We were lied to about their experience with airstreams and billed double their estimated cost without warning of costs increasing. Their harsh communication was unnecessary and very stressful. Their work is not professional, the structures built were not high quality. We were overcharged and much of the work initially agreed upon was never completed. We tried our absolute best to remain peaceful, but we are still sick to our stomachs thinking about how they took advantage of our young family. We refrained from speaking up for awhile but it's not fair to anyone else who may go through something similar. We have recorded all details and have photos of their work, we've considered small claims court as we now see how that worked out in a previous clients favor. Overall, we had an awful experience and have had to tell others to put their trust in another company. read more

1600 miles into a 3600 mile trip with our 5th wheel we had a serious issue that made travel unsafe. Not knowing where to turn we called Custom RV and spoke to Ashley. With no appointment she said bring it over right away and they would try to get us on the road. This family owned business found out there was a three month lead time for our parts but did not give up until they found the parts we needed, temporarily got our rig safe to travel, had our parts in two days, and had our rig all fixed and saved our vacation. They also went even further by showing us some other issues that came from factory they found and showed us the right materials to use and how to make the repairs ourselves at no charge. Additionally, there shop was clean and organized unlike every other RV dealer I have ever seen. I was so impressed that I am considering anytime I need service to drive the 1600 miles back to see Custom RV. Not sure why anyone would use anyone else. read more

Just had the BEST experience with Custom RV Services! Our slide on our trailer would not go in and there were other electrical issues happening as well. We are about 1000 miles from home and have about 3000 miles left on our trip. From Ashley in the office to Scott and his son-in-law who did the work in our camper, everyone was professional, efficient, and most of all KNOWLEDGEABLE. They worked diligently to diagnose the issue and even worked through their lunch break to ensure everything was fixed 100%. I am so impressed. Skylar & his crew literally saved our RV trip from going to ruins!! After four days of trying to deal with a burst pipe on the road, 2500 miles from home, these professionals welcomed us in, and worked diligently as a team for several hours to fully diagnose and then repair the problem. It was an extremely hot day, and they made sure that they plugged us in to electricity, so that we could wait in the comfort of the RV with air conditioning as they worked. They double and triple checked their work until everything was 100% perfect before sending us on our way. They even sterilized the pipes and compartment, as they unfortunately had to deal with the black tank. I can't recommend them any more- would give 100 stars If I could!!!!! I made an appointment to have my fresh water tank changed on my small trailer and waited patiently the two months. I brought it in on the designated day (was told I could not bring it the day before which would have helped me out but OK) and was assured they would get right on it. When I called a month later to see what was going on (and was nothing but polite) they acted like I was a big jerk for bothering them and told me that they would call. Well, I did not ask them to winterize it because it was only September at this time. They again treated me like I was bothering them when I called to express concern about the freezing weather in December. The tank was finally replaced mid winter and I was happy to get it out of there. On my first trip after that the corrugated stuff on the bottom of the trailer failed making me lay under there on the shoulder of a busy interstate trying to cut away the remnants. The corrugated stuff was installed in such a way that it would obviously catch the wind and was installed with screws but no washers. After sending photos, as they requested, of the remnants of what was left, unbelievably the technician that did the work called me and accused me of trying to cheat them. I later called and talked to the owner. I hauled it back there one more time (definitely the last time ever) and it was repaired correctly. read more

Skyler, Scott and the crew are awesome. My brother in law referred me to them and both of us are very appreciative of the work they have done and the personalized service they offer. My brother in law needed body work. The front of his travel trail needed to be replaced. They had to wait for parts from the manufacturer to complete the repair but the unit looks like new. I took my travel trailer in for wind damage to the awning unit. Great job. Since then I have used them for routine maintenance. They are professional and thorough. Scott takes the time to educate. I am a single female traveler and he goes over the unit with me, and has made recommendations for current and future issues that will need to be addressed. I store the unit in their lot. I will probably come back here to have them check it over yearly. They do a great roof inspection which I have done yearly. I am sorry to read that some people have had negative experiences. Maybe if repairs should have been addressed at the factory. I have heard of people driving their rig off the lot with problems that required factory repair. The rig was in the manufacturing facility for over a year! It takes longer to repair a unit than the 3 days it takes to build a 5th wheel. I don't know if the unit was purchased through the largest retailer in the country (CW). The family I am referring to was sent to a CW repair facility in Washington state from the Midwest. CW was not able to take care of the issues. It took over 6 months to get the manufacture to agree to take it back. I still fully appreciate the care and customer service. I would never hesitate to recommend them for service and repair. Thanks guys! read more

We had great service in the past! Received a estimate for a 5th wheel hitch install and got a quote in March, 2019. We called back for confirmation in April, 2019 and to possibly schedule and we were told the install would be $300-$500 more. There were no changes in our request, vehicle or anything. Seems like pricing is dependent on WHO you speak with. read more

Had a complete new roof put on our Dutch Star motorhome 1 1/2 yr ago. They did a great job in a timely manner. Super easy to work with. We are going back for a new awning. Both jobs well under what RV dealer and Camping World quotes. Highly recommend. read more

These guys treat me like family! I store my 32 ft. trailer with them and always have them do any repairs or additions. They are kind to answer all my questions and even take the time to "show me" how to properly maintain the camper. Don't take your camper to Custom RV Services for any reason. We dropped our camper off in October and finally picked it up May 12- court ordered. Custom RV raised the estimate thousands of dollars without our permission, they never winterized the camper which led to a ruptured hot water heater, and Custom RV held our camper for ransom to the point of having to take them to small claims court. We won our camper back, but they only fixed one side, and now we have problems that we didn't have 7 months ago. This was the worst service we've ever experienced. read more
