Adam quickly isolated the problem to be a short/break between the fuse box and a connector located prior to the fan. When the fan was not connected, the voltage at the fan input was 13.8 V. But when the fan was connected, it dropped down to approximately 3.6 V. He ran a separate wire between the two points which fixed the problem (since the intermediate wiring was not easily accessible). Adam was very personable and easy to work with during this repair. I am definitely going to keep Happy Camper Mobile RV Service on my short list for any future RV repairs!

Murphy's on-site RV repair was able to get us in the next day. The tech, Mark was excellent. Diagnosed a locked up compressor on the bad a/c unit and serviced the other two units. A replacement unit was ordered and delivered the next day. Murphy's let us camp in their parking lot overnight with electric and water. The next day the new a/c was installed and we were on the road by 2pm. Nice friendly folks. We received excellent care and service as well as fair pricing. Super friendly folks. This is a small business that we were glad to support. They service many campgrounds in the Wisconsin Rapids area with mobile rv techs.

Their harsh communication was unnecessary and very stressful. Their work is not professional, the structures built were not high quality. We were overcharged and much of the work initially agreed upon was never completed. We tried our absolute best to remain peaceful, but we are still sick to our stomachs thinking about how they took advantage of our young family. We refrained from speaking up for awhile but it's not fair to anyone else who may go through something similar. We have recorded all details and have photos of their work, we've considered small claims court as we now see how that worked out in a previous clients favor.
