I control the blowout and pull over to the side And I'm sitting on the highway thinking what to do next so I pulled out my phone and said nearest tire place to google and it came up with this place Wisconsin Dells I have run flat tires on my car. You can go about 80 miles as long as you go under 50 so I proceeded along the highway and got off at the next exit, I used Waze to find the place and pull in there went in to talk to the young lady running the place. Her name was Carrie Ratz this young lady took great care of me. She said she would get me a tire which she would have by the next morning, and I suggested that she get me a cab to take me to enterprise where I would Rent-A-Car and continue my journey and on my way back the next day, I would pick up my car she made this out. She got the cab for me, Uber was useless arranged enterprise I couldn't get hold of them on my cell phone but she did on the landline and she had the car ready for me. On my way back the next day. We ended up needing a new battery and the CarQuest next door was able to get that switched out for me. Then my entire dashboard was lighting up and the mechanic at Goodyear checked it out for me. The customer service was TOP NOTCH and I would definitely use them if I lived in the area. They cared for me like a family member and made sure I could make my drive home the next day. I can't say enough good about this establishment.

He, whose name I've forgotten-sorry!!- arrived quickly, was friendly, fast with the spare and helpful in trying to assess my tire. After suggesting a closer Walmart could repair it easily I asked if they would if I so choose. He said yes. The next evening Walmart had a 2 hr wait & I preferred to give Bill's my money anyhow so I drove an easy 4-5 min out of our way to them. I am so glad I did! Placed a call to Lodi Shell not expecting an answer but was incredibly surprised by the positive tone and urgency that Bryan responded. He was incredibly quick, took less than 20 minutes just as he provided as an ETA. He quickly used the battery pack to start car. After hearing we had over 100 miles to our next destination, he said he would be hesitant to drive that far due to possible damage to alternator. He said he would be happy to check if they had the correct battery. We followed him back to the shop in Lodi, he quickly found the correct battery and changed 100 times faster than I could have done it. Not only was Bryan an incredibly nice guy, he also talked about how he really liked working for the owner (don't hear that much nowadays) and the generous support the owner provided to the community. 100% recommend Lodi Shell!
