Around 1:00 AM Labor Day weekend on WI 39 at the Oxford exit my daughter's car became disabled on her way to Janesville. . I was not able to help as I live over 150 miles away. WI State Police suggested she call Becker Towing. Tom Becker came out picked up her and her car. Tom Becker then dropped my daughter off at a local motel at 4:00 AM and said he would do every thing possible to have car fixed by Tuesday. At 9:30 Tuesday morning the car was running and we drove up to and recovered her car. As a mother I can't express how truly grateful I am that there are those who are truly professional and caring service providers. I will always recommend Becker Towing and particularly Tom Becker. read more

Shout out to Becker Auto Service who on short notice on a Saturday replaced 6 boat trailer tires on a boat we had just purchased and were hauling 10+ hours to SW MO. Without their service I'm sure we would have blown a tire or multiple tires on our way back! We appreciate their customer service and recognition of the need we had. Great work and reasonable pricing! Thank You!! read more

Just left a 5 star review for Becker auto that fixed our air conditioning on our truck, replaced a condenser. A few days later now we have no AC in the truck, so not sure what is going on and hoping they make it right except they are closed this week for vacation. Will see what happens... read more

Answered the phone right away on a Sunday afternoon and had us fixed and back on the road within an hour. Reasonable price for a Sunday service too!! read more

My car had died on a long drive from the UP to St. Louis. I Googled area auto repair places, and Becker was the only one open on a Sunday. I gave them a call, told them where I was, and their tow arrived in 15-20 minutes. They brought my car back to their shop, he took a look at it right away and had the problem diagnosed in about 30 minutes. A quick run to the store for the part he needed, and I was on the road again shortly after. I'm so grateful for the easy fix and professional diagnosis! read more

Recently on our family vacation up north we encountered some car trouble outside of Westfield and required a tow. We called Becker's, a place that had 24-hr services. This happened on a Sunday in the middle of the north woods of Wisconsin. This young man shows up and gives us a tow back to his shop and proceeds to accommodate us as we wait for my father-in-law to come pick us up with his trailer to haul back our items. We were over an hour from his place in Wausau. This man, named Jacob, gave us and the dogs water, somewhere to sit in the shade and then begins to diagnose the issue with the car! On a Sunday. I had imagined he would simply tow the car back to the shop and then be on his way with us to wait somewhere while he went back to being with his family. Not Jacob, that's not how they treat people at Becker's. He gets the car on the lift, finds the issue, and orders the part from the warehouse, saying he will get the car fixed first thing Monday morning. Cool. We get picked up and Jacob bids us adieu - after helping to load our stuff into my Father-in-law's vehicle! Just above and beyond. So, we drop off our daughter at her grandparent's (who lent us a vehicle) and proceed to our destination in Minocqua another 2 hours away to unload our stuff and try to enjoy a "date night" just my wife and I. Jacob calls us around 1830 to say he went ahead and picked up the part from the warehouse and after having supper went ahead and fixed the car so we can pick it up in the morning. Again, THIS IS ON A SUNDAY! Amazing. Truly amazing. True mid-west hospitality. I picked up some cigars from a place I knew that carried them to gift this young man for going above and beyond to help some strangers trying to have a vacation. He even dropped our bill by thirty some dollars from the quote because it didn't take him as long as he thought it would! Amazing. He has a friend for life. read more

My truck died on me while I was at work, about 10 miles from Westfield. Called Becker's about a tow, dropped off keys and within 2 hrs. Tom had my truck in the shop. A new distributor and back on the road within 1 1/2 days. Being my work truck, I was majorly impressed with the short amount of time it took. Tom is a great guy and would give him more stars if I could. Can't thank him enough! read more
