Every time we broke or accelerated after that we heard this loud clank clank. We called Green Lake Marine and they recommended I take it to the service center and talk to Mark. Ended up my brake lines had broken and I had no trailer brakes. We were able to leave the trailer and he had everything fixed in 2 days so we could return home safe and sound. The Service Center crew members are so nice and they took care of us in the absolute best way imaginable. Can't thank them enough. If there were 10 Stars they deserve it!!!

On one occasion, they were kind enough to point out that my fuel filter looked loose. (the car had been occasionally smelling of gas but I hadn't looked into it) They tightened it for me free of charge and saved me a big headache. Another time, they pointed out that my ball joints would need replacing soon. They ended up being right! The prices are steep, but it's high quality oil and quality service!

Pulled in and before I could say I want the most basic service, the guy starts in about getting the synthetic. I tell him "no" but he just keeps yammering and I said "no" with more emphasis. The oaf (didn't get the name, bearded fellow) tells me to leave, he "doesn't have to take attitude from customers" I pointed out that I don't have to take attitude from the people I do business with and, of course, that triggers the f-bombs (I don't have a big problem with f-bombs, i threw some back, but I figure the oaf has to report to somebody and they should know about this). I would like to leave one lesson for the oaf - I laughed so hard at you saying, "don't come back to this business again!" Why on earth would anyone come back to deal with rude, stupid people AND pay too much (got my oil changed for $13 less in Baraboo (and the unnecessary synthetic you tried to foist on me would have been another $40). I am not the only one who won't be coming back to your sad little business.

I control the blowout and pull over to the side And I'm sitting on the highway thinking what to do next so I pulled out my phone and said nearest tire place to google and it came up with this place Wisconsin Dells I have run flat tires on my car. You can go about 80 miles as long as you go under 50 so I proceeded along the highway and got off at the next exit, I used Waze to find the place and pull in there went in to talk to the young lady running the place. Her name was Carrie Ratz this young lady took great care of me. She said she would get me a tire which she would have by the next morning, and I suggested that she get me a cab to take me to enterprise where I would Rent-A-Car and continue my journey and on my way back the next day, I would pick up my car she made this out. She got the cab for me, Uber was useless arranged enterprise I couldn't get hold of them on my cell phone but she did on the landline and she had the car ready for me. On my way back the next day.
