I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I purchased a used car that broke down…read moreafter just two days of normal use. When I contacted them to explain the situation, they refused to respond. I took it to another repair shop and they tried their best, however it was ultimately deemed irreparable. Finally got ahold of Zach 2 months later. There was no effort to remedy the issue or discuss any reasonable solution. They did offer to charge me $50.00 an hour to look at it AFTER telling me it had a catastrophic electrical failure. It felt like once the sale was complete, customer service no longer mattered. I understand that used cars can come with risks, but a vehicle failing almost immediately raises serious concerns about how it was inspected or represented before sale. I would strongly caution others to be very careful when considering buying a vehicle from this dealer. Make sure to get an independent inspection and understand exactly what you're getting into, because support after the purchase will not be there.

If you already know what's wrong with your car and you tell them what you want they are not bad mechanics but if you go there and you don't know what you're talking about they will take advantage over you and screw you for every dime. I needed to get my axle fixed and I knew exactly what was wrong with it. I took it there and they told me everything up to my steering column was gone and needed to be replaced. The bill was about $2000 is what they quoted. And they try to convince income for me that everything needed to be replaced when it did not. Everything is just fine other than what I came there for.

DO NOT GO THERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE. first of all me…read moreand my whole family we all go to the auto select in neenah if we have any issues with our cars, But recently i took my 2008 infiniti g35x to auto select in neenah and have them look at my car because the interior lights wasnt working And the license plate lights weren't working... but while my car was there they told me i need to get my catalytic converter Fixed and i got it fixed spent around 1500$ on it but when i picked up my car there was a check engine light on. I told them And they looked at it and RESET The check engine light and told me to come back if it turns on again. So i left with my car and brought it back the next hour because the check engine light turned on again and they reset again and told me to come back the next day if its still there. So i brought my car back to them the next day, NOW they told me i need to replace catalytic sensors too and i would have to leave my car there because they had busy schedule.. understandable BUT IN NIGHT TIME WHEN I GOT DONE WITH WORK AND I WAS DRIVING PAST AUTO SELECT IN NEENAH I DIDNT SEE MY CAR THERE IN THE PARKING ALOT OR IN THE GARAGE and i could sleep all night knowing someone is out there driving my car pushing on it or misusing it because its NOT THEIR PROPERTY when i confront them the next day about my car not being there lastnight "they kept refusing said they parked it in the church parking alot because their parking lot was full, but wholetime the parking lot wasnt even fully full there was still 3 to 4 car parking spots were empty in the parking alot.. and i even paid for the sensors and have them put it on my car.. so my girlfriend can finally drive my car but the check engine lights was still on.. so i left and brought my car to the bergstrom and They kept my car there for week and test every single part on my car and they said the check engine light is keep turning on because of the bad catalytic convertor PART that auto select put in. So i went back to the auto select and ask them if they can look at it n replace the part BECAUSE I HAVE 3years part warranty on it. talked to Anthony and the onwer they kept interrupting me and wasnt trying to listen or hear anything they being really RUDE about it.. they didn't listen or do anything about it.. i spent over 4000$ and still the check engine light still on because of auto select.
