Lisa and Sean are wonderful, as well as their staff. We get quality service, and they make sure we know what is going on with our car. There is no run around, and the time frame is always short. We never get pushed into something we don't need, and we feel very confident in their suggestions. These folks are also very vested in the community and give back all the time. In my book, that is above and beyond customer service and just another reason to keep coming back.

I wanted to find a good, quality body shop with a decent turnaround time and loaner cars. I knew of an old family friend nearby, but I also knew that it would be a while before we got our car back, so I started searching the Internet locally and found Precision Collision in Westfield. Impressed by their website and the looks of their shop, I figured they had to be doing something right. I was even more impressed when the Geico damage inspector in Stevens Point knew this fellow by name and said, "oh, yeah, they do great work!". SInce the Sequoia is my wife's car, I was worried about a loaner car as well. Our vehicle was scheduled for work on a specific day, my wife was given a very nice late model VW as a loaner and we were told when the car would be ready. And it was ready, exactly when we were told it would be. And it was done beautifully, and the price was exactly as quoted. All OEM parts were used whenever possible as well. You can't ask for much more than that. Highly recommended.
