Much to our surprise they not only put in the firewall, but a brand new VW one and replaced both vanities with new ones at their expense. We have not had a single thing go wrong with our car. When I contacted them to explain the situation, they refused to respond. I took it to another repair shop and they tried their best, however it was ultimately deemed irreparable. Finally got ahold of Zach 2 months later. There was no effort to remedy the issue or discuss any reasonable solution. They did offer to charge me $50.00 an hour to look at it AFTER telling me it had a catastrophic electrical failure. It felt like once the sale was complete, customer service no longer mattered. I understand that used cars can come with risks, but a vehicle failing almost immediately raises serious concerns about how it was inspected or represented before sale. I would strongly caution others to be very careful when considering buying a vehicle from this dealer. Make sure to get an independent inspection and understand exactly what you're getting into, because support after the purchase will not be there.

I brought my wife's relatively new Hyundai Palisade to Dan, with a moderate dent on the side panel. I believe I paid out of pocket for that and Dan was very reasonable compared to other shops that I had received quotes from and I was more than satisfied with the end product. Recently, I had the misfortune of damaging the rear body quarter panel on a brand new 2021 Chevy Silverado. Initially my insurance company wanted to just mud it and paint over it and Dan fought on my behalf and told them that it is a brand new truck and that would just flat out look crappy. The insurance company changed their mind and Dan ended up doing the work and I picked the truck up today and it still looks brand new! So here is the last thing I will say to show you all what sets Dan and Gracy's auto body apart from everyone else. In the week that it took for Dan to order the new part for my truck, I scraped against something else causing what looked like significant damage to the other side of the truck. I brought the truck right away to show Dan and he said that he didn't think it was dented and he felt he could buff out all the rest. He did this for me and didn't charge me an extra penny! Very Deceitful, used vehicle was listed in great condition but when we had the vehicle washed there…read morewere dents, bumper damage, deep scratches, auto. tail gate does not operate; they blamed on the cold even though it was parked in the garage. Never washed for pick up to hide all the damage the car had so we would not notice. Blamed the cold for not washing even though it was parked inside. Carfax had it down for NO Damage and Greenville even gave me the report knowing it had damage and non-working items, told me to submit through the warranty to have repaired. Buyer Beware !!!
