Stay away from them they messed up my front bumper with their tow truck and refused to pay for it. I will never use them again. Very shady company. Victor is very unprofessional. I went to the address listed on here and it's a house. I left my name and phone number. Till this day I haven't gotten a call back. Getting paper work together to start the small clams court process. They get one star for the first time I used them they took care of my car. But the 2nd time not so much. read more

I called about 7 times, both numbers, with no answer. I was really disappointed because there were such great reviews even the waiter at the diner around the corner recommended them. I needed tow service to my residence from my mechanic because my vehicle was no longer running. Manny, the driver was pleasant and kind. I got my vehicle towed to an apartment complex, which has a narrow entrance that leads to my parking stall in the back area. The cost for service was reasonable. Victor came and picked me up and towed my car to the mechanic when it didn't start, fairy quickly too - he was in El Monte when I called but made it up to Pasadena in about 45 minutes. He was cool and talked to me about my job and stuff on the way to the mechanic. Also, the rate was incredibly reasonable - I wasn't looking forward to the prospect of having to pay a ton to get my car towed only a few miles, and fortunately I didn't have to. I chose this place because they had great reviews on yelp. However after being quoted a price on the phone of $230 to have a truck towed from Pasadena to Lancaster. I was contacted the night before and told it would be $250. It seems they would rather lose a customer over $20 than honor the price they gave me. I would not recommend using this place they do not honor their word. read more

Great towing experience all together! Victor was professional and handled the car with care. Very aware of the surroundings like our low hanging tree branch that would have scratched the car had he not cared to notice. He brought it to my attention and asked if he can cut the branch to protect the car while it pulls into the back of the tow. The house is located on a busy 2 lane street with a tight narrow driveway. He was able to push the car down the driveway onto the track with ease. Would definitely use him again. read more

After my so-called Roadside Assistance department of my insurance company left my husband stranded for more than 3 hours, we called Ruzo's and had someone there within about half an hour. Victor was very cool and when my husband told him how long he had been waiting, he offered to get him something to eat and drink, which was really nice.
