Upon entering, the space was very welcoming, clean and bright. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, helping me navigate the menu for my first time. The ramen left a little to be desired, however, I thoroughly enjoyed my tea! Glad to know, and have experienced, this lovely little gem and will definitely consider it options for lunch in the area in the future.

It's beyond reasonable and the portions reflect it, yet they're perfect. The staff here was very kind and accommodating and if I'm not mistaken this is a local business owner. The area looked cleaner from my last visit where it was a bit dusty. I tried their beef with flat noodles, and let me tell you, it was more delicious than I imagined. My daughter also switched it up with a noodle bowl that was topped with pork chops and spring rolls. The service to get my check to pay my bill was slow today. Well they were busy, so it happens. This is some great authentic Vietnamese food, of course I'll be back.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!…read more My friend and I came here for happy hour and were really disappointed by the service. From the start, our first round of drinks was delivered to the table next to us, and those guests actually drank from them before the waitress realized the mistake. Despite being told the drinks had already been sipped, she still tried to give them to us, and we had to firmly refuse before new drinks were made. Things didn't improve after that. My second drink, a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, arrived in a wine glass that clearly had someone else's lipstick on it, so I had to send that back as well. We also ordered edamame for the table, which was completely forgotten--we had to re-order it 45 minutes later before it finally arrived. My tofu and sushi were also underwhelming to say the least. What made the experience worse was the lack of apology or urgency from the staff, especially since the restaurant wasn't even busy. Overall, the poor customer service and repeated hygiene and attentiveness issues made this a very frustrating happy hour experience.

Trying this place once more after a long hiatus…read more PARKING - in a strip mall so ample parking is available ENTRANCE - there is a host and cashier right to the left. The set up must facilitate take out orders HOST/WAITER - it was lunchtime so our waiter was wearing two hats LOL. We were seated anywhere we liked so took a booth. AMBIANCE - on the nicer side with the booths being U Shaped and comfortable seating for sure. The color scheme was on the red side. Hence the name I guess LOL. There were quite a few tables with a sushi bar work station straight to the back I also noticed a full bar to the right of where you walk in. Not a plethora of seating but when crowded you could eat at the bar I suspect MENU - definitely fusion with a bit more Japanese options than Chinese. They offer various appetizers and for sushi a lot of individual selections from a full dinner or pick your own pieces or rolls. For lunch they have a nice 3 rolls of your choice for $16 which is a good deal. FOOD - I tried a tuna dumpling that I have to say was unique and excellent. The sushi rolls were not the greatest, I've had better but not awful. They could give you more wasabi and ginger was my only pet peeve The salad came with the lunch special and it was very good and fresh. BTW you have a choice between soup or salad LIBATIONS - they had a nice selection of beer. Any mixed drinks plus saki. We ordered the kirin beer which came as a tap beer rather than a bottle RESTROOMS - they have one for men and one for women but they consider them unisex so you can use either The bathroom was not small and was clean. SERVICE - the waiter we had was very nice and attentive PRICE - for two people with 2 beers, two entrees, and 1 appetizer, the bill with tax was $77 so $$$ is about right

Pretty bland decor. There are at most 11 tables plus a small counter style area for another half dozen patrons The chairs are also not that great but that is a matter of preference. Personally I hate those half back designs with cheap metal and plastic MENU - it's not that large for lunch and frankly my friend did the ordering so I didn't really see it SERVICE - this was 5 star for me. Both the waitress and bus lady were attentive and congenital APPETIZERS - we experimented with the dumplings (fried in spicy oil) they were terrific We tried their chicken wings, they were good. They came with only 4 per serving and had a lollipop cut in an unusual more vinegar tasting sauce Tried their chicken wings spare ribs that were decent but over cooked. Even though the seasoning was different and tasty ENTREES - we tried their special fried rice which was excellent. I liked the whole fried egg on top as a unique garnish LIBATIONS - not a lot of variety but the Sapporo beer in the big cans were Muy bueno PRICE - hard to say because beer was probably more than food. The bill for two people with a 20% tip was $120

Had Bun Xao and Pho Ga, and my son meant to order rare beef pho but accidentally ordered beef stew, but he had zero regrets it was delicious with huge chunks of beef. I've never had Vietnamese beef stew before but it was very much like American except with vermicelli noodles. My Pho was excellent, but I would have appreciated a bit more protein and it seemed to be lacking a little in saltiness could have been light on salt, soy or fish sauce. Easily remedied at the table. The bun xao also would have appreciated a bit more protein. I cant emphasize enough these were minor issues. Pricing was very good, no complaints.

The beef stew pho was excellent, warming, and fresh. The fried rice was delicious. Parking can be challenging to find, but other than that we would highly recommend. We are looking forward to trying many more dishes here.
