We have had excellent service and meals at this Cary location. We had a large group dinner in an upstairs room and Valerie was a pleasure to work with. I remember it was the holiday season and it is also always nicely decorated and festive. There is always ambient music playing, there service is outstanding and the food is always delicious. I recently dined here with my mom for a special occasion and it was an outstanding meal. We had the menu where you pick a salad, entree and dessert. I had the lettuce wedge salad with blue cheese and petite filet and everything was cooked and served to perfection. The desserts - wow- we had a creme brulee and the bread pudding- out of this world! Thank you for making this a great choice for special occasions and team dinners.

*Updated review* Cannot say enough how this is hands down the best steakhouse in the entire Raleigh area. We've been to so many other steakhouses and the ambience is usually great but ends there. That's what you get for your money. We had a reservation at another new steakhouse that didn't have a wow factor the 1st time we went and decided to switch to our favorite. So glad we did! Service from being seated to waitstaff and even a manager checking in is always impeccable. It doesn't get better than this. We started with shrimp cocktail which were huge! Lucky night for us. We also both ordered steak. My husband a ribeye and me a filet done Chesapeake style. Both cooked exactly how we asked and you have to love the sizzling hot plates. We ordered sides of Brussels and Au gratin potatoes. We decided these were the best we've ever had, home or at a restaurant! This has become our favorite restaurant, keeping in mind that it's pricey like other steakhouses, however this one is completely worth it. Kudos to whatever you're doing because we will be back often and honestly-it blows away any other steakhouse for miles! Thank you for another amazing dinner!

It was my first time to visit a Ruth's Chris and let me tell you set your expectations. It's basically a high end Applebee's but by the way people have talked about it for years I was expecting something more. Like NYC dining or close to it. We arrived for our reservation and the hostess was rather curt and uninviting. Your hostess is the face of the restaurant and no matter if it's busy or dead is the first point of contact. A cheery disposition is key! The dining room was festive and we were seated by the kitchen exit which was neither good nor bad. Our server was fine. Not great, not complaining--very vanilla. That said their disposition was more well suited for the hostess spot with a smile and warmth. The food was okay. The Lobster Bisque wasn't worth it. I'd suggest you try it at another dining location but I was most surprised by the presentation. The expo was not expoing. As you can see the soup has spilled and plates needed attention. I'd say if you are looking for an Applebees experience elevated, go, but I'd say if you want a great dining experience...keep looking.

This review would have been one star had it not been for Mandy. Read on to learn more. At the last minute, another couple called and asked if we wanted to go out for steak. It was about 6 pm on Sunday. I made a few quick calls, and this Ruth's Chris location was our only option for decent steak places. I set the reservation for 7:15. Our friends who are pretty close arrived on time. We were running late since it was a long drive, and we hit a lot of traffic, then construction, then a stalled car. Have you ever noticed that stuff only happens when you are trying to keep an appointment? But I digress. Our friends opted to sit at the bar while waiting for us. We arrived at about 7:40 and joined them. Within a minute or so, the hostess came over and offered to seat us (props for her attentiveness). Unfortunately, when we got to the room where our table was to be, there was nothing set up. In this room, there were probably 2 empty tables to each occupied table. But, every empty table either needed bussing or was unprepared. The hostess apologized and said she would get our table prepared immediately, and the four of us returned to the bar. After about ten minutes (about ten minutes to eight), we were still at the bar waiting for our table. We were laughing that they didn't even want to serve us. Mandy, who was behind the bar doing something, said, "You are welcome to sit in my area," and pointed to tables by the bar. We said absolutely and took a seat at one of the booths. Mandy was on the ball. We had our drink orders taken, water delivered, bread provided, and drinks brought over, all in a jiffy. THIS is what we expect of Ruth's Chris. We went from having fun and regretting our choice of restaurant to having fun and loving our choice of restaurant. In addition to Mandy, let me also call out Derrick (I hope this is the right spelling) the bartender. While our friends were waiting, the husband wanted a rather off-the-wall drink, and it required nutmeg. Derrick apologized that they did not have nutmeg, so my buddy ordered a different drink. After making his drink, Derrick left for a bit, returning with the nutmeg. He made it his mission to find it somewhere in the kitchen and make the drink for my friend. THAT is how you provide excellence to your customers. For our appetizers, we had a crabcake and seared tuna that we all shared. The tuna was excellent, but the crabcake was stellar. I'm not one to really like crabcake, but this one hit the jackpot. I'm going to get it again on our next visit. For my meal, I had the 16 oz ribeye, and it was perfect. Tender, flavorful, cooked just right. My friend had a sirloin. It was very good. He liked it, and I liked all of the bites I stole out of it! My wife was not very hungry, so she had an order of 6 grilled shrimp, which she loved. I can not recall exactly what our other friend had. It was a fish dish. But I had a bite, and it rocked. My wife did the review of their 2 dishes. I was more interested in paying attention to the eating :) My friend and I also got a flight of rye and a flight of scotch. Both were great, except for the Speyside serving, which I don't like. But, I'm not faulting anyone for that, I ordered a flight, and i got a flight, and it was good stuff. For dessert, Mandy cooked us up a couple of Bananas Foster. I don't think they lasted more than a few minutes once they were placed on the table! We also requested "a barn-burning-sized flame." We didn't quite get that since nothing burned down, but we got a nice flame. Again, Mandy knows how to make customers happy. We ended our dinner on a high note because of Mandy. To summarize: Even 35 minutes after our reservation time in a mostly empty restaurant, they still couldn't provide us with a table. We were ready to leave, but Mandy saved the day. We ran up a big bill, had a blast, and left happy.

We went with friends. We loved the ambiance and the service! The food in my opinion was good but not great. For two people our bill was over $200 with 1 martini espresso that cost $18. I just think it's overpriced. The serving sizes were small. We ordered a 6oz fillet and shrimp. It came with 2 shrimp on top.. my steak and shrimp were both cooked good I got a side of wild rice. I just thought that was so so and my husband got the creamed spinach which I also thought was so so. For dessert we ordered the chocolate Sin cake and I got the cheesecake. Both were good. For me it was a nice experience but I wouldn't go again because nothing stood out to me as amazing.

I wouldn't let the experience of this location make you think less of the Ruth's Chris Steak House chain, but for this location specifically, we didn't have the best experience. We ordered the tomahawk steak, plus two additional steaks, an appetizer, and two sides. While the wait staff were great and attentive with drink refills and other needs, the steaks were not cooked well at all. I've never had steak cooked so poorly at a Ruth's Chris before. It's disappointing because I know the quality this chain usually delivers, but this location didn't meet those expectations. I hope this was just a one-off issue and not a reflection of their usual service and food quality.

We scheduled our anniversary dinner here as Ruth Chris was where we went on our wedding night for a small dinner after the main ceremony (Raleigh location). We have visited them each year for 5 years. We made an early reservation time as roads and restaurants are busy during the holidays. We checked in and waited only a few minutes before being seated. Each and every person that came to our table made it a point to wish us a Happy Anniversary. Our waitress staff was amazing. They kept our drinks full and paid great attention to our table. We give the salads and soups 10/10. We give our desserts of apple crumb and cheesecake 10/10. We give our steaks 8/10 as we both asked for Med Well and they were Well with solid chars as you can see in the pictures. We will ask for Medium next time to ensure we get Med Well. Overall experience was 9/10 and will continue to visit Ruth Chris various establishments.

My husband has always been a big fan of Ruth's Chris Steak House. He loves the food, so when we have something special to celebrate we usually go to Ruth's. The last couple of times we have been to Ruth's in Cary it hasn't been very special. We were there to celebrate our anniversary. My husband dropped me off at the door while he looked for a parking space. The valet did not open the door for me. Not a big deal, but not great. I walked up to the hostess stand to check in and one of the hostesses was busy playing with her phone. Another hostess, after she sat us threw rose petals on the table. Not a big deal, but thought that maybe should have been done before we came to the table. We ordered dirty martinis. They were not- so we told our server. He came back and remixed our martinis with some extra brine. Again- not that big of a deal- but when you are paying quite a bit for a cocktail - when it comes out wrong shouldn't you get a new cocktail? We ordered the lobster bisque to split. It came out in one bowl so we had to hover over the table to share. We weren't even half way through the soup (which was delicious!!) when our entrees came out. Horrible timing on the server's part. The steaks and the au gratin potatoes were super! The brussel sprouts were ok. Probably will not order them again. Our server offered us a dessert. We were told when we made our reservations that we would get a free dessert for our anniversary. That did not happen. When we finished our dinner our server and many others passed our table several times without offering to clear the plates. All the hiccups throughout the evening were not major, but they were enough to not make our evening special. I expect a lot more out of a Ruth's Chris.

Excellent dining experience from start to finish. Unmatched food, service, and ambiance. Massive flavoful juicy steaks expertly cooked to perfection. Everything was fabulous...yummy deliciousness.

The service was good at Ruth's Chis on a Saturday evening. I ordered the 16oz rib eye, I also ordered the crab fried rice, and calamari for the table. My ribeye and the calamari were delicious. I enjoyed it. I also had the opportunity to try the sweet potato souffle and the Brussels sprouts and both were delicious. The calamari was very flavorful and had the right amount of crispiness. I wasn't a fan of the crab-fried rice. I would have liked more crab meat and seafood flavor in this dish. The ambiance was nice. The lighting was good and the decor was pleasing to my eyes. Ruth Chris is a yes for me.

It was a spur of the moment when a couple of our friends called us to go out for a steak dinner on a Sunday at 6 PM. The only place that was available to take us in was Ruth's Chris in Cary. Our friends sat in the bar area while waiting for my husband and I. We were running late since it was a good drive for us. Our table was never ready so we sat in the bar area where we got such good service from the bartender and Mandy. The entrance and the dining area are beautiful. The bar area's modern and have a more casual vibe. I had 2 kinds of margarita, mango and strawberry. The strawberry's awesome. All the food's great as usual. For appetizers, we ordered Ahi Tuna and Crab Cake. I had the grilled shrimp. Delicious! We enjoyed watching Mandy make our Bananas Foster. I'll go back in the bar, but not the dining area.

Christmas Eve Dinner At the last minute our family decided to go out for Christmas Eve dinner and Ruth's Chris did not disappoint! Surrounding: The ambience was wonderful with Christmas decorations and music playing throughout. The restaurant was busy and after about 5 minutes we where seated for our reservation. They where accommodating to our request for a booth with our children and provided crayons, coloring paper, and a small craft kit. This was great to keep the children entertained. Food & Drink: We enjoyed a martini and an old fashioned ($18 is to steep for the old fashioned I might add) which where delicious. The martini was made table wide by the waiter. The kids meals where a hit. It included a small steak with French fries. The steaks where cooked perfectly and so where the french fries. The waiter was conscious of our family members allergy and assured us everything will be done appropriately. The children devoured there steaks and asked if we could come here more often! The adults ordered lobster bisque, filet mignon, creamed spinach, and baked potato. Everything was cooked perfectly and the steaks tasted better than Nana steak or Sullivans. We opted for the blue cheese crust and it was something that we will definitely get again. The baked potato was large and we split it between 2 adults. It came with little dishes of cheese, sour cream, and bacon. The desert we ordered was the bread pudding and it was the one part of the meal that left us disappointed. We should have ordered something else. Anyway, the meal was absolutely delicious and we look forward to coming back again.

Rating based on: consistency, cleanliness, quality, taste, and presentation…read more What's popping, degenerates?JK Listen, I've been to this Firebirds Wood Fire Grill 6 or 7 times - yeah, 6 7. That's either dedication or a cry for help, you decide. I even went down a YouTube rabbit hole at 3am looking for videos about this place like some kind of food stalker, but nobody's doing it justice, so here I am, your friendly neighborhood food critic with questionable life choices. This ain't your sad Applebee's where dreams go to die - this is actually on point, no cap. It's the kind of spot where you can bring your shorty and not look like you're giving up on life. Yeah, it's a family restaurant, but they got dope ass drinks that'll make you forget you're sitting next to a screaming toddler. It's 2026 and I'm done with that deep-fried processed garbage that tastes like regret - but hey, if that's your vibe, do you, king. No judgment from a guy who's been here 6 or 7 times like it's my second job. The service? Impeccable. These people are friendlier than your Weed dealer and less pushy than your ex on her only fans page asking for donations ! They go beyond expectations, which is rare - most places treat you like you're interrupting their smoke break. This spot's more consistent than Anthony Edwards hitting game-winning threes. If you know, you know, bro. Let's talk about the HONEY CHICKEN - grilled to perfection with honey drizzle and sautéed vegetables that are actually fresh. Carrots, onions, cucumbers - scrumptious, mouth-watering, the whole nine yards. My side? SOUTHWEST AU GRATIN POTATOES that were so fire I'm writing this review at 2am thinking about them like my Ex Shorty with dat Phat Ass , I can't get over. You're probably reading this thinking, "Damn, this guy's either in beast mode or needs a therapist." Both can be true. Now the BARBECUE RIBS - listen, I'm picky about pork like I'm picky about who I drunk-text at midnight. These spareribs had a magnificent, immaculate sauce that was bussin'. Best ribs I ever had? Nah, far from it. But the quality's there, and I trust this place more than I trust my own decisions after 11pm, which is saying something. They give you a nice loaf of bread like Outback, but for some reason this place just hits different - it's like two levels above Outback, which is basically the Olive Garden of steakhouses anyway. There's so much more on this menu I wanna destroy - I'll keep you posted like it's my civic duty. Bottom line: If you got a few extra bucks and you're tired of eating like you've given up, pull up to Firebirds. The food's legit, the drinks are strong, and the vibe's solid.. And don't make the mistake of texting your Shorty at 3 in the morning that's not normal behavior, that's a lifestyle choice I'm still processing. Food is based * Cost entrée $20 to 60 on Average.. but burgers and sandwiches $15 to $22 Five stars, and that's from a guy who's seen some shit at 2am. Stay hungry, stay degenerate.

When our meals came mine was complete, but our veteran's meal only had a baked potato without the steak. The waiter then said that he thought she only wanted a baked potato, and he ran to get the missing steak prepared. By time it arrived of course, my dinner was complete (an entrée my wife was not interested in sharing), and she had eaten her baked potato. They packed her steak to go, included a new baked potato, and brought a plate of complimentary and still-frozen cheesecake as an apology. As expected... when they come, the steaks are excellent. The loaded baked potato was very good, and the parmesan mashed rather dry.

GM Bryan was so helpful in setting up a pre fixe menu for my large party & ensuring I could stay within a certain amount per person. Strict compliance meal limits of ~$170/pp and we came well under that! It was such a treat. The shareable apps were the duck meatballs & yeast rolls, and they were tasty! Maybe could have been more airy rolls but none were remaining on the table so all good. Some of us got salads in lieu of desserts, and the Caesar was great but different, a little too citrusy but nice/light/crunchy so I still really liked it. The stars of the show were the entrees & sides!! I chose the 6oz filet mignon & it was the highlight, cooked perfectly rare & needed zero sauce. Others chose either the scallops &/or seared halibut, and they loved them too. The shareable sides were honey glazed carrots, potato puree & mushroom bread pudding. They were all great, but the mushroom bread pudding was so unique; kinda like a stuffing with mushroom gravy but not overbearing & even the non-mushroom lovers liked it. The desserts were either tiramisu or Videri chocolate cake- and they could have been half portions & we woulda been happy! The chocolate cake was decadent. All in all, highly recommended for a business meal, they really did a great job catering to our specific needs & showcased their best dishes, imho. Service was great too, thanks Alan!!

When we arrived, the hostess asked if we were celebrating anything special, and so did our waitress. We told both of them that it was my birthday and that my wife's birthday is next week. Neither ever acknowledged it again. If you're going to ask about a special occasion, there should be some follow-through -- otherwise, what's the point in asking? Although our waitress started off friendly, her attitude shifted noticeably once she saw we ordered the burger. From that point on, she never came back to offer additional drinks, our water glasses remained empty, and we even noticed her spending a lot of time at other tables while completely ignoring ours. The most uncomfortable part was when my wife asked for a box so she could pack her leftovers herself due to a previous bad experience. The waitress said that wasn't allowed, took the food to the back, and never returned. We sat for quite a while until another staff member passed by and asked if everything was okay. Only then did we explain that we were still waiting for our boxed food. For a high-end restaurant, this was one of the poorest dining experiences we've had in a long time. The customer service simply isn't there, and we have no intention of returning.

Never want to leave a negative review for a small business but the lack of response is disappointing. We dined in one of the private dining rooms on 5/10/26 (I believe it was called Bourbon St) with Purcell as our head waiter. To say the service experience was rough would be an understatement. I come from a service background (lead bartender, dining captain, private dining captain) experience specializing in steakhouses . His table demeanor was lacking including references to my father in law being "the decision maker" for the table. He made inappropriate references to the women at the table "just being in charge of the baby. I believe he was joking but it certainly didn't land. When it came to the drink service every drink was auctioned with no reference to seat numbers. This could have been support staff but the following actions lead me to believe it was order taking. When appetizers arrived once again all dishes were auctioned and 3 were missing with 2 dishes being offered that weren't ordered. No apologies, just "must have been for the wrong table". When entrees arrived once again no seat numbers were known. Sides arrived sporadically over a period of 5 minutes. In addition I asked for my ribeye with Oscar Style on the side. It came out on top. The support staff removed the plate and it came back in less than a minute with the same steak and the Oscar Style now on the side. This is an allergy issue as the person I was planning on sharing the steak with has a shellfish allergy. Dessert and after dinner cocktails followed. Two of the ladies asked for Baileys in the Espresso Martini. When the Baileys didn't come Purcell said it would come later and then brought it back and dumped it into the already made Espresso Martini. When you are offering a premium experience at a premium price I believe you just apologize and remake the drink. This is all to say that we have visited Rey's restaurant for almost every special occasion as a family and this left a bitter taste in my mouth. I understand Mother's Day is a hectic holiday but this experience was well below the standard. The lack of care after the fact by management after multiple attempts is much more concerning. Sad to say we won't be returning and can no longer recommend this restaurant.

Next we ordered the cheeseburger lettuce and tomatoes, pickled red onions, pimento cheese and a green salad. All of our food was prepared well and the flavors were on target. They packed it up in two to go bags: one for chilled items and the other was for hot to go takeout. The service is accurate and efficient with fast takeout to go with assistance getting everything in the car in handicapped parking was a nice touch that showed empathy and compassion. I highly recommend Lucky 32 to everyone because our experience was 5 stars plus.

Once we got our table, our server came over and greeted us right away she was very pleasant and nice. We started with the fried green tomatoes and then we got the chicken and biscuit and French toast. Everything was delicious, lots of flavor. I will say the portion sizes were on the larger side. No complaints here. Everything was so good. We were too full to get dessert, but the options looked amazing. The restaurant is pretty big. Also has a pretty decent amount of parking. They also have outdoor seating which we did not partake in but looks like it would be nice on a warmer day. We will definitely come back!

Took the family to Tazza Kitchen at Stone Creek Village for Easter brunch yesterday. Good call…read more The place was buzzing (ot in an overwhelming way, just alive). We started with the cinnamon bun, which was housemade brioche with a vanilla sugar glaze, and honestly it could have been the whole meal. It was that good. We ordered around the table, egg scramble bowl, huevos rancheros, chicken burrito. All of it was solid. The huevos rancheros especially. Salsa roja, chorizo, queso fresco, avocado. Fresh-squeezed OJ and cava in the mimosas didn't hurt either. The food was great. Tori made it memorable. Our server, Victoria (prefers Tori) was just one of those people. She knew when to come by and when to leave us alone, which sounds simple but most people can't do it. Not performative warmth, just actual warmth. She was on top of everything without making us feel managed. We talked about her afterwards. Tori made the occasion. Thank you Tazza Kitchen Stone Creek Village at 600 Ledgestone Way, Cary NC!

And while we were waiting for 5 minutes for our table we were given a slice of pizza to taste, which was an amazing gesture and the pizza was so good, think crust, cheesy but light. We ordered beer and a mocktail for drinks and I loved my mocktail, it was refreshing. For appetisers we ordered their cast iron goat cheese that came with their buttery sour dough bread chunks, the dip was a little too sour for my taste but it was compensated by the flavour full goat cheese. We also ordered their kale and chillies salad for the table and loved it. Highly recommended. For our main course we ordered their Harrisa bowl with crab cake and the Brick oven salmon. The crab cake was on of the best I have ever had. Next time I am definitely ordering their full crab cake order with fries. Every item in the bowl was complementing each other perfectly. The lightly sauted vegetable with a dash of honey tasted great with the tangy white taziki and cucumber sauce and the pearl couscous. I am definitely trying the other bowls next time I am there. The salmon was perfectly cooked and tender. The fried rice, sauted vegetables and the whipped goat cheese tasted so good together. For dessert we ordered their flourless chocolate cake and it was a little dry but very guey and chewy, loved the taste though! Our server was extremely sweet and so considerate of our choices and gave us substitutes and also packed some extra bread togo. So happy and content with food service and the overall ambiance of this restaurant. It gives a fancy vibe but is also very reasonable. Definitely going there again soon!!
