One should buy their tickets before boarding, although they can sell them to you on the train for a fee. They are also sold through machines at the stations. Our tickets were easily purchased the night before via their website. The return trains back to Jersey from Gotham can be crowded during rush hour. It might be hard to get a seat. There can be times when the signals aren't working in our favor and you sit, waiting for another train to pass. Overall, our experience and the service were pretty good.

NJ Transit Access Link takes a lot of time to even arrange and Logisticare is a disaster so who can we call to get around with ease? EZ Ride! It's all relatively simple, fill out the application and send it in, put money into account and when ready call for rides which show within a fair amount of time and pay a small ride fee per trip - Not as quick as Lyft/Uber, but about the time a cab would come but at much less of a price per ride. The Drivers are friendly as are the call center/accounts team whenever I have to call in. I'm glad EZ Ride is available and is just as it's name suggests - EZ to set up, my client gets in when the driver shows up and then he rides. With such limited choices in having people get around at a low cost but in a timely manner I hope that EZ Ride keeps up and perhaps even expands.

I moved here just for the schools, and the town is often hosting fun events for residents such as parades & festivals, and offers free outdoor concerts at Lincoln Park during the Summer. Rutherford is home to Felician College, and the Boat House hosted by the Nereid Boat Club. The downtown district offers many restaurants and shops. The restaurants are BYOB and there are no bars which means quiet neighborhoods. The town names itself the Borough of Trees because of all the mature trees that line the residential street. My home like many in this town line the Passaic River and to my surprise when a nighbor landed his sea plane on it. Truly a wonderful safe place to live.

He was friendly & courteous. Leaving the concert was difficult as it was dark & pouring rain but our driver called my cell phone & we made a plan where to meet up. The Metlife parking lot is huge & very confusing the way the lots are numbered however our driver was patient & kept me on the phone until we finally found each other. I highly recommend this company for prompt, friendly& reliable transportation service.

It consists of 5 active terminals, 4 active runways, 1,200 daily flights. My wife and I came into JFK from LAX on a direct redeye flight, landing into terminal 4. The five active terminals are 1, 4, 5, 7, 8. Terminal 1 is being replaced (initial phase open in 2026, completion in 2030) by a New Terminal One (NTO). Terminal 6 is being also being built, replacing 6 and 7. Terminal 7 is still open, but will later be demolished to be replaced at a later time. With 2 major terminals being built, the airport is in a constant state of construction, a lot of which can be seen as you take the Air Train from one terminal to another. My perception of the airport is that it covers a lot of area, but was surprised it's not even close in terms of land size: (DEN [largest] at 33,351 acres, ORD at 7,627 acres, JFK at 5,200, LAX at only 3,500). Where it dose rank highest is around international flights, leading all US airports with 71,000 annual international takeoffs (42% of all takeoffs). In comparison, the two busiest US airports (ATL and ORD), have 41,000 and 54,000, respectively. Note: It is specifically stated that JFK resides in the borough of Queens. The city of New York consists of 5 boroughs, each also being considered a county (with the same exact boundaries as each other). This was the only example I could find where two or more counties exists entirely within the limits of one city (usually it's the other way around). There are many examples (San Francisco, Philadelphia, Denver) where the city and county share the same name and boundaries. Virginia is the other state (besides NY) where the term borough is used to further subdivide a city. Other large cities use different terms (LA: neighborhoods/districts; Chicago: neighborhoods/wards).

He scanned our ticket and we boarded. The bus was pretty full, so we ended up sitting separately. The above head storage bins are kind of tight, so I had to take something out of my over stuffed backpack to manage to wiggle it in. While my purse sat on my lap. I liked the foot rest and the hook on the handle on the seat in front of me. Trash bags were hung here and there. Looks like they also provided small bottles of water for us, though we had to grab those ourselves. The electric plugs didn't seem to work, but perhaps the ubs plugs in the ceiling did. Our driver was a great communicator. He set expectations so we knew that we had a 20 min rest stop before arriving at Baltimore, and pointed out things to help us to pay attention and to get back to the right bus. He warned us that given current construction that we were sure to arrive later than what our tickets said, and gave us his best eta given the circumstances. Another passenger later commented that the bus bathroom was clean. We kind of ended up being dropped off on a brightly painted bridge in the middle of no where - perhaps on Maryland Ave?, by a bus stop. A short walk from Penn Station.

After being picked up Newark Airport and driven home, a few hours later I received an email from the company saying they were charging my partner and me a $15 fee, when we asked why they said it was because our baggage was "large" and "heavy." There is nothing on their website that states an extra fee may apply, and no definition of what large or heavy mean. We each had one suitcase, normal size for checked baggage. In fact, we used their car service in the past with the same luggage and there were no issues or extra fees. When we had checked in before our flight both suitcases weighed about 40 lbs, well below the weight limit for checked luggage. Due to the lack of customer service and surprise fees based on no legitimate evidence, we won't be using this car service again.
