Decent tacos at a decent price. The restaurant was empty when we went during the week and the tacos arrived within minutes of ordering. The al pastor pork and cola braised beef had a good amount of flavor. Unfortunately, the texican had virtually no flavor. There is some room for improvement but overall a fine taco spot. read more

Additionally, I found the use of paper boats for each taco to be excessive and wasteful. It would be better if the tacos were simply served on a tray instead, as I've seen at other taco places. Consistently delicious tacos. This is our new go to spot for takeout tacos on lazy weekend mornings. The food is always delicious and the tacos are amazing! Their tortillas are much better than most of the other taco spots in Dallas. Prior to discovering rusty, I used to go to an amazing gas station spot, but it has since closed. I can honestly say these tacos are pretty similar. And our kids eat them so that's a win! We normally opt for a chorizo, egg and cheese and a few bacon, egg and cheese. I have never actually dined here, but the patio does look quite inviting. They also have margaritas which is another win. And you can get the margaritas to go. Their sauces are also also super tasty. The food here is just okay. The tacos aren't bad, but they're definitely not the best. The al pastor was way over-spiced, shredded, and honestly nothing like the real thing. The steak fajita was fine. It's also a little strange when the tortilla is cold but the meat is hot, it makes you wonder if the meat is pre-made and just scooped onto tortillas instead of being cooked fresh. If you add cheese, it's just bagged shredded cheese sprinkled on top, not even melted. The restrooms only have hand dryers instead of paper towels, which I don't love from a hygiene standpoint. That said, the lady at the cash register was really nice, which was probably the highlight of the visit. Overall, not terrible, but there are definitely better options around. read more

This location is a converted old gas station so it is industrial inside and has some seating, but has additional seating outside. Upon entering, we were greeted by the nicest human. I got two different shrimp tacos, one dynamite and one grilled shrimp. Tortillas are huge and you can choose from corn or flour. I believe they are 6 inches. They claim street tacos, but think double the size! Husband tried picadillo and roasted pork. He preferred the picadillo.
