My wife found this place on Yelp just a few minutes away from the banquet hall. It was on an Americana central street with parking in front. We walked in to what I initially thought was just a small place, but there were actually three rooms to sit in. We ordered ice coffee (being that it was going to be a warm Southern day) and I got "The Elvis", peanut butter and bananas on white toast. The staff were all extremely friendly and the food came out quickly. I drank down eagerly the ice coffee that in some ways reminded me of a Vietnamese ice coffee. The sandwich was just right with a creamy peanut butter and banana slices. The place is super cute, the service is great and the food is a good price, who could ask for more?

Just when you thought you saw the whole place, there's a doorway that goes into a whole other room, so you can sit down and have a cozy coffee with a good friend or family. I feel like you're in someone's home. I can't recommend this place enough. They have everything from frozen coffees to iced lattes to crafted brews, and their sandwiches were not that expensive at all.

I was very hungry and just needed some quiet time to relax. This place gave me everything I needed. It's huge, clean, well lit, and comfy. The ladies up front were sweet and my waitress was a doll. There when I needed, but not hovering. Even the bathrooms were spotless. It's definitely a breakfast restaurant, although they do have burgers and other sandwiches on the menu. But when it comes to breakfast, they had everything you could possibly think of on the menu. I ended up choosing Big K's Combo and for the price of $11.99 I thought it would be a normal size meal. I was so surprised when an incredible amount of food for the money came out. Everything was delicious. Ordering grits is a bit of a gamble lately but these were the best grits I've had from a restaurant in years. The scrambled eggs were moist and tender, the bacon was crisp, hashbrowns very tasty, and the pancakes were perfect, with those special crispy edges that I just love. This is a fantastic place to go and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants an excellent breakfast.

The hostess and cashier both had no personality, but our server was wonderful and attentive. We were seated 4 adults and a toddler in a booth and it was rather uncomfortable, but we made the best of it. Our food was pretty tasty, but nothing anymore amazing than any other breakfast joint. It really did resemble Breakfastime as far as the food, decor, and even the pricing. I paid for my plate and my toddler and it was nearly $30. Which is insane for breakfast for one adult and one toddler. I enjoyed this visit and the food was good, but I won't be rushing back over there anytime soon.

First of all the service was phenomenal My wife and I split like we normally do and they split it into equal portions on separate dishes and even did it for the salad. The food truck/vendor festival downtown was absolutely packed and the lines were so crazy we decided we'd rather sit down in a restaurant instead. When we walked in, they cleaned off a table and had us seated right away. We ordered the crab pretzel for an appetizer because it sounded unique and interesting. It was so rich, almost difficult to eat, so we won't be doing that again. We ordered our food and I ordered a cocktail. We actually watched the drink sit on the bar, all the ice melting... for at least 20 minutes before it was brought to our table. It was a watered down version of what could have been good. Our food took over an hour to arrive. We walked in around 1:30, and didn't leave until 2:50. The food arrived at 2:40. We only left because I had somewhere to be at 3, not because we were finished eating... my husband's burger and fries were lukewarm at best, as were my fries. My sandwich was only hot because they had forgotten to make it along with my husband's food, and someone called out for them to make one real quick. Which explains why my husband's food was no longer warm, because we watched it sit there while they made my food. I had time to take a couple bites of my sandwich before we had to try and flag down our waitress for the check and to-go boxes because I no longer had time to eat before my event. This was so, so disappointing and we were really surprised that nothing was comped from our bill. Even a check in from the manager would have been nice, just to acknowledge that this was not the norm? If it had been my first time in, I would never be back.

We were seated right away, because the restaurant only had a few customers at that time. We placed our drink orders, which came out pretty quickly, then placed our food orders. We sat waiting and waiting for our food. The oldest child got a salad, because he had ordered a pasta dish. They brought that out first. He is a very slow eater, but still managed to eat the entire salad before our food came. The dad of the couple ordered their seafood platter. He picked up a popcorn shrimp when the food finally arrived, and it was cold and soggy. He checked the rest of his food, and it seemed fine. He called the waitress over and asked if they could make him a fresh batch of shrimp, as his were inedible. They agreed to do that for him. The mom and one son got the buffalo chicken wraps, they were pleased with them. The son that ordered the pasta cleaned his plate, so we know that was good. The young daughter was sitting next to me and had ordered the kid's popcorn shrimp meal. I checked her shrimp after her father's were so bad, but found them to be hot and not soggy. It almost seems like they made his shrimp early and it sat around waiting for the rest of the food to finish cooking. I ordered the marinated chicken breast with macaroni & cheese and cucumber salad as my sides, with cornbread as my bread. The cucumber salad was by far the best part of my meal. The chicken had been butterflied, which meant it got overcooked. I laughed that they gave me a steak knife with my plate, but it sure came in handy! The mac & cheese was basic and the corn muffin they gave me was drier than the Sahara. Even the butter I put on it didn't help. I will say one thing, the portions are huge! When they set the kid's plate in front of the daughter, we thought they had mistakenly given her the adult portion. But the check had it listed correctly as a kid's meal. The wraps were huge. Both the mom and the son took half of theirs home. The seafood platter was overflowing with food. The pasta dish was a good size portion, as well.
