I asked if I could stay in the dressing room with my daughters so I could help them and make sure they were okay, but I was told they would need to come out and show me each item instead. This rule made a simple shopping trip take three times longer and was very inconvenient for a mom with special needs children. While there was a sign posted with the policy, I did not notice it beforehand. I understand businesses need rules, but this policy felt impractical and made the experience frustrating.
