Good size, warm room (in fact we always stay in the same one), large, secure ski room within a few metres of the hotel entrance, bus to the ski slopes stops right outside the hotel every ten minutes, good restaurant with wide choice of dishes especially the Italian pizzas from a proper pizza oven. But this restaurant is extremely popular, so make sure you book a table before going out for the day. Fantastic offer this year our ski passes were a third of the normal price because we bought them through the hotel on arrival. St. Moritz is really expensive, so this was a very pleasant surprise. Also this year the internet access was wireless, not wired and really fast (something you don't find in every hotel).

So we were charged the same price as the couple next to us, even though we received the same small portion. This is unacceptable and feels intentionally dishonest. I left feeling disrespected as a customer and shocked by the way they treat both people and animals. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

As a policy, I always look for my own spots. I found this pasta place based on its high ratings, grateful it was open out of season. It is small, so it cannot accommodate very large groups, but it is an exquisitely charming spot. I got the Bruschetta (their house specialty) as an appetizer, and their Fresh Pasta (Meat) option of the day which came with a sage pesto sauce and crisp bacon.
