So I'm a fairly straightforward kind of guy. I like my hair to be cut the same way every time. Being in the military made me a stickler for that kind of thing. When I met Bri, she put me at ease and walked me through the entire cut so I was sure she knew what she was doing. She nailed it! Well, i must say I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this salon. I saw some post on their business page about lori. While I dont know their personal experience here, I can advocate for lori, the owner. She is an amazing person and hairstylist. She is always there for her clients. I saw that someone posted that she was angry and that she is a "Christian Woman" and personally speaking as a Christian woman, we are not to shove god and the bible down others throats and to judge and condemn people and to be spiteful which it seems like thats all her post is about . Also as you can see from any messages posted , all members of the salon are professional and help ALL their clients with their hair dreams. Lori, always goes above and beyond for the care and comfort for me as well as some others in my own group of friends that she does. Just started going to Rustic Roots salon about 3 months ago. I've been using Bri for many many years and I was so pleased to see her at Rustic Roots. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. It's a great size salon, not too crazy inside-Bri always makes time for me and listens to all my requests -trust me Im always trying different things with my hair-she is professional and a friend at the same time. I tried calling and receive people's personal phone numbers that were listed online. One of the owners had called back one of the time I had called but not the second time and not the other number listed. The very first time I went I had a good experience with Adee so I wanted to go back. I was set up with a stylist, Mikayla, who did nothing like I asked her to. I hated my hair and had to find someone else to fix it. I tried to schedule an appointment with the person who initially did my hair the time that I had a good experience, Adee. I went into the store since I had such bad luck with calling the listed numbers online. They gave me the stylist's card and told me to call her directly since she has her own schedule. I called and left a voicemail and repeated my name and number twice and she never called back. I find this to be rude and unprofessional. You would think they would have a business landline or something so they will actually answer it and call back but I guess not. I won't try to go back, sadly. read more

I have had Melissa as my Hair dresser for 6 years. She loves her job. She never keeps me waiting for my hair appointments . She also sends me reminder appointment texts. Besides doing a great job on cutting my thick, frizzy curly hair. She does beautiful color. I get strangers complimenting me on my color. They always ask me for Melissa's number. Melissa takes her time tending to my hair. She has this gift of relaxing me while sitting in the chair. 98% of the time I fall asleep. I leave feeling like I left a SPA.
