When I moved to Riverside last year I discovered Rustic Roots and it is amazing . Lori is a master at cut and color and I will never go anywhere else! Not to mention the decor of the salon and all the staff who give a great experience! read more

So I'm a fairly straightforward kind of guy. I like my hair to be cut the same way every time. Being in the military made me a stickler for that kind of thing. When I met Bri, she put me at ease and walked me through the entire cut so I was sure she knew what she was doing. She nailed it! She has been cutting my hair for about 5 years now and its perfect everytime. I even close my eyes and relax without any stress! Her online booking system also makes it easy to see her availability and it sends me reminders. Her new location is super rad and all the ladies work like a big family. Coffee is an option too! Thanks BriBoss, you're the best! read more

Bri was a pleasure. Fabulous hairstylist and colorist. Took me from black to the perfect shade of copper. Super willing to communicate with me in a way I could understand. Just loved her personality, she was amazing. I now recommend all my friends and family to go see her in her adorable new location. Ignore my tongue sticking out I was feeling my healthy new locks read more

Adee has done my hair for years (color, cut, blowouts) and I am always happy with the results. She genuinely enjoys her work and wants her customers to be satisfied. I followed Adee to Rustic Roots and love the vibe there. The people are friendly, the atmosphere relaxed, and the décor has a cool modern farmhouse kind of appeal. My 11-year-old son even prefers to have Adee cut his hair instead of going to a barber or chain salon. I would absolutely refer any friends and family to Adee and Rustic Roots! read more

After my stylist of 30+ years retired, I had to find a new one. I had also moved to a new area. So, I read and researched local salons and decided to give Rustic Roots a try. I am so glad I did!! Lori is awesome! It is very hard to find someone who is good at cutting short hair. I have just had my second cut and color, and I am totally happy!! The shop has a friendly, professional vibe. Well, i must say I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this salon. I saw some post on their business page about lori. While I dont know their personal experience here, I can advocate for lori, the owner. She is an amazing person and hairstylist. She is always there for her clients. I saw that someone posted that she was angry and that she is a "Christian Woman" and personally speaking as a Christian woman, we are not to shove god and the bible down others throats and to judge and condemn people and to be spiteful which it seems like thats all her post is about . Also as you can see from any messages posted , all members of the salon are professional and help ALL their clients with their hair dreams. Lori, always goes above and beyond for the care and comfort for me as well as some others in my own group of friends that she does. As i said in a previous post, i have gone to multiple people in the salon and all the girls that work there are amazing!! read more

Adee is the best! She is always so friendly and knew what was best for my hair! I've been seeing her for years and she's never let me down! This salon is so beautiful and all the hair stylists are so sweet! Definitely recommend trying to get in with one of these ladies! read more

See all

Very Professional also very clean ! My girlfriend was very happy with the outcome We will definitely recommend!

I tried calling and receive people's personal phone numbers that were listed online. One of the owners had called back one of the time I had called but not the second time and not the other number listed. The very first time I went I had a good experience with Adee so I wanted to go back. I was set up with a stylist, Mikayla, who did nothing like I asked her to. I hated my hair and had to find someone else to fix it. I tried to schedule an appointment with the person who initially did my hair the time that I had a good experience, Adee. I went into the store since I had such bad luck with calling the listed numbers online. They gave me the stylist's card and told me to call her directly since she has her own schedule. I called and left a voicemail and repeated my name and number twice and she never called back. I find this to be rude and unprofessional. You would think they would have a business landline or something so they will actually answer it and call back but I guess not. I won't try to go back, sadly. read more

I have had Melissa as my Hair dresser for 6 years. She loves her job. She never keeps me waiting for my hair appointments . She also sends me reminder appointment texts. Besides doing a great job on cutting my thick, frizzy curly hair. She does beautiful color. I get strangers complimenting me on my color. They always ask me for Melissa's number. Melissa takes her time tending to my hair. She has this gift of relaxing me while sitting in the chair. 98% of the time I fall asleep. I leave feeling like I left a SPA. Her Salon is very clean and spacious. The decor is inviting ,comfortable and pretty. She has a table in the waiting room with Cookies, Hot Chocolate, Coffee and Hot Tea. This Salon has a huge wall with various Shampoo and hair products for Sale. The prices are very reasonable. In conclusion, Melissa is a genuine, professional , caring and considerate person.
