this is only regarding cuff of the month subscriptions. when it started you always got a cuff and a beaded bracelet. now you get only a beaded bracelet worth less than half the cost of the cotm. For October you were sent a pumpkin bracelet and charged $49. you could buy the same beaded bracelet in the site for $22 which I had already purchased. I cancelled my subscription. I will only resubscribe when they go back to a cuff plus a bracelet. read more

I don't get the phenomenon that is rustic cuff. One day every it seemed like every female I knew at the court house had both arm stacked with these things. On a whim I bought some for all the ladies in my family. They were a big hit. Attempted to go back last Saturday to pick up some more for my the in-law ladies and the line was wrapped around the building. Today, throwing caution to the wind, made the attempt again. This time the line was probably only about 30 people long. In my super efficient male driven shopping mode, once I got past the entrance (there was a one in one out policy), I was able to make my selections and purchase within 10 minutes. So that was about a 30 minute adventure in all. The quality of there selection sees great and they were adequately prepared for the holiday rush, with nothing seemingly out of stock. I've read up on the business model of "paying it forward" and think that a local business that supports it community is great. Will I be back? Only if love requires me too. Otherwise I'd likely order online or not go shopping two weeks before Christmas. read more

I noticed that she had mistakenly overcharged me for two of the gift bracelets, an honest mistake. I asked if I could get a refund for the difference and she apologized over and over again for the mistake, it was quickly fixed. A referral from just an Oklahoma girl. I've been wanting to order an item from this place ever since they opened and it's taken me awhile, but I saw my opportunity when they had a special order price on leather monogram bands. However the experience isn't what I expected, nor what I wanted. I'm not sure what is happening at this place, but they are very disorganized. 2 ordered now and the customization on each item was horrifically wrong. Dare I call again? No I'll save that for another customer. It's not worth the trouble to me. Overall I'd give it a 2 star rating, but they tried half way. To me that's not trying correctly, but Chris made a C effort. My dad said if you can't give a A effort than why waste anyone's time trying at all. Meantime the 3 gifts I ordered were not satisfactory. My advise stick to something your not customizing special order. They are great at what's on hand. They cut off the rest of the phrase on order correction saying they didn't have the information on the phrase as the ordering time for that item expired. Poor service. Website and email confirmations promised an ETA of 2-3 weeks for the bracelet I purchased for my wife for Christmas. Ordered it on December 4th. It is January 19th and I just received an email saying it had been shipped. Emailed on 12/24 asking where my wife's present was and got a form email saying that they were backed up. This review is based on several issues with Rustic Cuff, not just one issue. Multiple orders placed and encountered the following issues. *Received someone else's order *Didn't ship until after holiday, although stated would receive prior to *Received RC Girls, instead of adult bracelets The emails went unanswered for weeks during each issue, very difficult to reach someone via phone, and unsuccessful during the holiday. Good business sense would be to add additional staff during the holidays. When it takes weeks to process an order, that is an indication that additional staff is needed. There are plenty of college students home that could assist. Although the owner gives away items, why not use that money to better staff and improve your service to those who actually are purchasing items. Giving/gifting is great, but not at the expense your service lacks. Maybe they should not charge until the item is shipped, to motivate them to process the orders quicker. Customer service and shipping need to be improved upon, as the bracelets tarnish and aren't high quality items. Service can withstand time, unlike the product. I have communicated with all friends and family, I will not be purchasing any additional items as the hassle to purchase takes away from the joy of giving. read more

I placed an order online and received my receipt stating that the item would be shipped within 3 - 5 business days. It has now been 7 business days and the item hasn't been shipped. The shipping department needs to be staffed accordingly to meet the advertised shipping schedules. It's extremely frustrating when this is an ongoing issue for EVERY order. This business owner needs to recruit summer help if necessary, but slow shipping and receiving is unacceptable. Rustic Cuff on Cherry Street was the most confusing, irritating, disappointing shopping experience I've had in years. The confusion began with the mystifying fifteen-minute wait just to be allowed to enter the store. I don't normally expect to have to wait just to be allowed to walk inside what is supposed to be a retail store. When I finally was allowed to cross the "hallowed threshold", it was so packed that I could barely see any of the merchandise. One staff member told me that fire codes prevented them from allowing more than a certain number of shoppers inside at one time. Why would any business locate in a space so claustrophobic and unwelcoming? I had been given a very generous gift certificate and was looking forward to using it for some "retail therapy" after a difficult week. I struggled to find even one item I liked well enough to try on. There was no information on sizing, and the prices were really hard to see. The staff member told me that beads could be added to cuffs to resize them. I picked out an item and got in the line to check out. When I got to the register, I was told beads couldn't be added to the style I picked out. By this time I was completely exasperated and bewildered so I put the cuff back and headed for the door. The cashier followed me and finally explained how to resize the style I picked out. So I did end up purchasing one item, but was shocked at how overpriced it was. The mystique of Rustic Cuff remains a complete mystery to me. If you want to support a local business, go somewhere else. read more

Personally, Rustic Cuff isn't my style, and I probably wouldn't own one for myself. HOWEVER, many of my friends love it. I purchased a few cuffs as a Christmas gift and elected to pick them up rather than have them shipped. It was easy, they had the order correct, and the staff was so friendly. I felt horrible for the way the staff was treated when I was in line to pick up the cuffs. Several people came in to shop, but this specific store was turned into a pickup only, so they were told the only one available was in Bixby. The shoppers were extremely rude about this to the sales associates when it was clearly not the associates fault, and there was a sign on the outside of the shop before even entering. I applaud the sales associates for handling the 8-10 people in the time frame I was there with a positive attitude and with grace. In regards to the woman who gave a poor review concerning the small space and the lines: every commercial space must have a maximum occupancy determined by a fire marshall. This number is the maximum number of occupants allowed in a space that would be deemed safe in the case of a fire or other emergency. A store may not change this and it would be illegal to allow more than that number in the building at one time. I assume when RC first used that space as their retail space, there is no way they could have imagined the business would be as incredibly popular as it is, and when the business did grow to be as large as it is, they opened the other location. It is easy for one to say "well they shouldn't have a tiny shop" but in reality, a switch to another commercial space can not be made in a day. In regards to the reviews about Christmas gift orders: that's kind of the name of the game when you're ordering at Christmastime. Mail gets lost. Orders are incorrect. Things aren't delivered in time as promised. This happens with most retailers at Christmastime. Again, RC just isn't my style, but I was so impressed with the staff's positive attitude when being treated like crap over and over again, the pickup system (I didn't have any trouble with late orders or an incorrect one), and the company as a whole. read more

I've ordered from Rustic Cuff before. Very pleased with the quality of the items. Ordered two more on 12/7/15 as Christmas gifts. Received ONE on 12/21/15 along with a shipping statement saying TWO were shipped. Called customer service and left message. Called twice on 12/23/15 - again no response. Called and emailed on 12/26/15. Again no response. Called today, 1/6/16. Posted dissatisfaction on their facebook page. While the quality of their merchandise is great. It is now January and I still am missing one Christmas gift. This lack of response to customer service problems is dreadful. I want the item for which I paid! read more

Deplorable customer service. Received a gift from rustic cuff that didn't fit my wrist and upon asking about exchanging gifts, and being told it was possible, I ordered something else. Instead of taking my payment information when I explained the situation, they reached out to the person who had given the gift asking for more money, and informing them that the gift was being returned. It is now Dec 8 and items I purchased on Dec 1 have yet to ship let alone subsequent orders. I have called and emailed asking what ship date I CAN expect as these are for Christmas. I have received NO response. I am wondering if anyone else is having the same experience? Can anyone offer advice on how to spring your cuffs before Christmas? I ordered my mom 3 very pricey bracelets for Christmas. I placed the order over 2 weeks in advance and I have yet to receive my bracelets. I've called and emailed the company numerous times for the past 2 weeks and I have yet to hear back from the company. What's weird is I thought I'd receive my items faster if I just picked the items up from the store instead of having the items shipped, but obviously that was false. So here it is Christmas Eve, I've called the store with no answer I emailed with no response and tomorrow for Christmas I can't give my mom anything except the email showing that I placed an order over 2 weeks ago.
