They have a great selection of Russian oddities, and over the years I've found some gems, my favorite being a children's fairytale book, Vasilisa the Beautiful, illustrated by Ivan Bilibin. The owner is always friendly and informative. They also have frozen foods, teas, and candies. I bought a mix of black tea and strawberry leaf that makes a great iced tea at home.
