Two days after the installation was finished we had a hard rain and I noticed the downspout was no longer connected to the gutter. I called my local contact who told me to send him a picture and he'd put in a work order. I did that and nothing happened. I sent another picture with all information needed and still got nothing. They replaced all the wood under our roof to make it stronger, put protection, then new roof. They were courteous, worked hard and efficiently. We also needed a new security door in stalled on front door, a complete new roof over storage room, and they fixed drywall and painted in kitchen where rain had leaked through. I recommend them to anyone needing these services. They don't overcharge, have plenty of workers, only took 1 1/2 days to complete. And, they cleaned up after themselves. Great Company.
