I asked one of the ladies for a total she had to call someone with that amount. I received a call stating that the girls would be there for 8 hours and it was going to be a total of $575.00. Which I would have been ok, because of the size of the hours and the hours. But then they missed a main bathroom of being cleaned, they didn't dust. They also only ended up being there for 5 hours. They tried to make the kids beds, but the blankets were thrown on the bed. Very disappointed overall. The only reason I gave it 2 stars because the communication after the service was ok.

My dog was recently sick with a stomach bug. One morning, I woke up and found that in the middle of…read morethe night, he had left "presents" in both of my children's bedrooms. This is not something you are prepared to deal with in that narrow window of time we give ourselves to get out the door. I panicked and picked up what I could and then covered the area in baking powder, leaving myself a disgusting trail to deal with when I came home from work. I was reliving my horror story to my co-worker when they recommended Frank's to get the carpets cleaned professionally. I've never had a professional carpet cleaning done while I still lived in a location, but I was just saying that my youngest son is always on the floor with his legos and toys and that I was completely disgusted that he would be coming into contact with any dog poop residue from any failed attempt at cleaning I might have tried. I got on the phone with Franks around 10:30. When I asked about availability, they told me their carpet tech was going to be gone on vacation for the next week and that he was completely booked for the day. I don't know if it was the panic and anxiety in my voice, or magic carpet angels that helped me, but they looked again at the schedule and asked if I was flexible to get home and let them in about an hour. When I got to my home I was greeted by their carpet techs and they got to work, right away. They were in and out in about 30 minutes total. While they were there, they did both of my son's bedrooms and I asked if they could make a sweep in my own room as well since they were already there. The carpets looked absolutely amazing when they were done. Despite what I had done with the baking soda, everything was cleaned so well, it smelled and looked like new carpet. Price was not my immediate concern, but when I received my bill, I thought it was very reasonable. I would recommend Franks for carpet cleaning in Napa and I will definitely keep their number on hand for any future disasters.

The estimation process was specific to my job in Elk Grove, which included a whole-house carpet cleaning and a sofa cleaning. The quoted price was lower than I expected, and the technician was available sooner than expected. Our technician James arrived promptly. An excellent communicator, he worked with us to plan his time with us. The coaching jobs took quite a bit longer than expected, but he honored the original price. James even did some extra cleaning for us without an extra charge. We are very pleased with the results. Some of our high-traffic areas were looking dirty and ugly. After James' thorough cleaning, those areas look as good as new. I highly recommend AGC, and specifically honor James as the exemplar for courtesy and professionalism.
