I have had cleanings for months for every other week. The cleanings were good at first but have been disappointing for a while, except the last one. The kitchen counters weren't cleaned, downstairs shower not cleaned, extra bathroom upstairs not mopped, our shower not cleaned. The floors were mopped downstairs but were not cleaned prior. Debris all over it. Fridge not cleaned and sliding glass door not cleaned. Plus they were almost 2 hours late and we all had to sit outside. I'm extremely disappointed because I know the cleanings can and have been better. They were her for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I paid $123 an hour for something me and my kids can do. I honestly don't think I should've paid the full amount today or on the other multiple times I've complained. They are very inconsistent scheduling and cleaning. read more

Clean Freaks came very highly recommended by members of my town's Facebook group, so I gave them a try. Today was supposed to have been my fourth cleaning, but I have let them go for several reasons: --Their scheduling is inconsistent--I guess they don't give customers a regular day. Instead, you get an automated text telling you your date and time that only has a confirmation link. If the day/time don't work, you have to send a text to the company owner to figure out what works for you. --3 out of 4 scheduled services, they were late, and they explained the lateness saying they were held up with another customer. --They never sent a full crew of three. The first time, someone was sick. the second time, they only sent two people. the third time, only one person. She spent 3 hours and did an okay job, but it was not as discussed. --They did not get the house as clean as I would expect "clean freaks" to get it. they missed obvious coffee rings on table tops, the stainless steel appliances were streaky, and other obvious things were missed. The owner of this company is a very nice, and I believe honest, capable business owner. But they need to work on scheduling and reliability. read more

I have been a customer of Clean Freaks for a couple years now. They've been awesome to work with. Clean Freaks has very conscientious employees. They are punctual and personable. As other reviewer's have said, the work is fabulous. I am a neat freak and will notice anything out of place, smudged, dusty or dirty. I have two cats and a dog and four adults living in my home. When I come home from work I can smell the clean and see the shine. There's nothing like that feeling after a hard day, especially when you weren't the one cleaning! I have used other services that were less expensive, but they didn't do the type of work that Clean Freaks does. All things considered, I would definitely recommend them. read more

Let's just start off that I am very particular how my house is cleaned. I would clean my house myself, but I hate to do it so I hire people. I have gone through a few cleaning services because I have not found one that meets my standards. Clean Freaks is probably the best service I have used. One bad thing is that they do price their cleanings more than the other services I have used BUT they are so thorough with their cleaning so it is worth it. I had the deep cleaning done and they cleaned every nook and cranny compared to the other cleaning services. My bedroom rug was a mess with my dogs and I could not figure out how to clean it. Now the rug is so clean, I'm not sure what vacuum they have... but it works. They were so thorough in the kitchen that I felt bad for the girl cleaning it because I don't think the other services touched those areas so that meant more work for her. Dawn is very friendly and professional. She and her team work quickly, but diligently. They work their butts off! Another con is that they have less availability than the other services... They have a team of 4-5 girls so I take that as a sign that they are booked because they are good! I highly recommend them if you want great cleaning! read more

I just called to get some prices for cleaning a rental. Recording said they are not accepting any new customers (after making me wait for a minute on hold). Business must be good!!! To be fair, I tried to do a check-in that would allow me to make this comment, but Yelp wouldn't allow that (said I was too far away). I had my first deep clean done today by Clean Freaks and they did a great job. We have very hard water which makes cleaning the toilet bowl, sinks and faucets very difficult. They managed to get the rings off my toilet bowl, which I never seem to be able to do no matter what products I tried. They got my nasty bathroom facet cleaned up beautifully. I have tried so many products and muscle to clean it with no luck. My house is huge and has many hard surfaces to keep clean and they did a great job. Highly recommend Clean Freaks! read more

I have been using Jodi's team and Clean Freaks for close to a year now and am very satisfied with their service. They visit every other week and perform the basics for me including cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms. After the initial deep cleaning (which was no easy task), they have continued to kept my house bright and happy. I don't have pets, so I don't have experience with them on that. I became a client of clean freaks earlier this year. Jodie started with a thorough 4 hour cleaning of my whole house. She brought a team of 4 others and they each worked independently throughout the house. What a great job!!!! And what a great team. Very friendly but highly professional as well. Good work ethic. I now get a monthly maintenance cleaning. Again Jodie comes in with a team of 3-4 others for about 1 1/2 hours. So far they have arrived right on time and they start work immediately upon arriving. Dawn and her team did an awesome job. I normally wouldn't outsource my cleaning, but I was up against a wall on a move and my property manager recommended them. On little notice they came out and selectively cleaned my old home. Two things really stood out for me. 1) Dawn has a persistent smile. I met her twice and talked to her on the phone a couple of other times. Every time she was smiling and happy. That extends to her entire team. Two, she was happy to do whatever I wanted. I have been a client of Clean Freaks for about 2 years now. I had some health problems that took precedence over the monthly house cleanings. Once I could establish a consistent schedule, I called Dawn and she was able to accommodate me. They are very busy but you will see why once you have them do a cleaning. The prices are fair. On a personal note, all of the cleaners make you feel very comfortable. If I'm feeling sick the day they come and I'm moseying around my house in pajamas, looking a mess, they don't care and I certainly don't mind their presence. I meant to put a review on here earlier, but just got side tracked! So I had my condo cleaned by Jodi and one of her girls, Amber. I was putting my place on the Market to sell, and figured it could use a good cleaning. I had bought the place after a complete remodel, so I was the first to live in it and everything was brand new and spotless! Now I consider myself pretty clean, and spent over 4 years in The Marine Corps, so I know all about spotless cleaning and passing white glove room inspection!! And I kept the place pretty clean! But after Jodi and Amber were done, it looked as if no one had EVER lived in it! It was cleaner than when I moved into it Brand new!! Floors, counters, sinks, shower, and I mean every single nook and cranny of the shower and tub, gleaming, every piece of stainless steel was pristine!! And it smelled great too!! I started bi-weekly service for my home. The first week my bathroom rugs were accidentally bleached. Not the end of the world, but it did happen. I told Dawn about it and she said she'd make sure it didn't happen again. The third time they came, I noticed that my stainless steel stove was scratched. Again, not like it'd be really noticeable if you weren't standing in front of it, but nevertheless scratched. I called and told Dawn about it. she was very kind and polite, pretty much saying she cleans the kitchen herself and doesn't use anything that would scratch the stove. Since I'm the only one who lives here that cleans, I knew I didn't cause the damage. Netiher time was there an offer for replacement or to fix the damage. After some consideration, I cancelled service since I nervous about more mishaps. Again, Dawn is very nice, the rest of the house was great. Floors - awesome, dusting, bathroom, awesome. The first deep cleaning service was absolutely amazing. They know what they are doing. They removed hard water stains from the bathroom faucets and toilets.
