I have had the Sposito Lincoln and Cris cleaning service for a couple of years now. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to stop for awhile, they are now back and my house looks beautiful Once again. Very professional I would highly recommend them. Bobbie Jo read more

Not good, left a lot of places untouched for the first deep clean. Told Lincoln to shampoo the carpet and he said he will call me but never did. I hired them based on relatives recommendation. Will not be hiring them again. read more

Hey Yelpers, I wanted to leave a glowing testimonial for the cleaners I hired, Cris & Lincoln Sposito. The outcome is phenomenal and deserving of a proper nod and kudos. So here goes my story... 1. Together with my godmother, for the last 10 months we've cared for her 91 y/o aunt, who passed away last week and whom we buried yesterday. Suffice it to say, when you care for someone at the end of life the last thing you're concerned with is keeping everything in the house presentable. More important is focusing your every ounce of energy on helping that person's soul pass on with dignity and peace. It's a real heavy task, guys. But once that difficult phase is over you look around and kinda still have memories of all the sickness that was previously in the midst. I mean, we all know that cleaning can be therapeutic; the problem is getting over the not so insignificant hurdle of actually doing it (or shelling out hard-earned money for it). 2. Well, I found a husband and wife duo (Lincoln and Cris, originally from Brazil) who really love doing this work, and today they shined--both spiritually and literally, they shined the floors, tiles & mirrors like new. This couple bases most of their work on the East & North Bay, along with SF, as they shared with me while bringing my keys back to me after I got off work (see!). My godmother is going to be so surprised when she returns from out-of-town on Friday! 3. Sure, I love writing, but rarely do I have something so positive to say about a service provider. So I simply ask you to consider the Sposito team (six of them all together) because they really brightened my day--and if you get to know them, it's so clear to see that they're a real testament to love in action--the love and support of a partner as well as the love and dedication to career/vocation as a form of service. Shouldn't we all be so lucky! Be well, all, ~RPS read more

First cleaning with this company was great. The husband and wife team tended to our home themselves along with a helper. We were beyond happy with the results. Second cleaning was done very poorly. Just the helper arrived and left the front door standing wide open as she rushed to the back of the home and began cleaning. Dusting wasn't done in the bedrooms. Master shower was still a mess. One of two toilets hadn't been cleaned. The vacuuming was hurried and high traffic areas had been overlooked. I was willing to let that slide given the great job they did the first time. However what ruined our experience was items in our home that were of great sentimental value were destroyed and we were not told about it. The items were cleaned up and thrown away after being destroyed. Instead of leaving the pieces out with an apology note they cleaned up the evidence and threw it out. We had to discover them missing ourselves and deduce from what was left that they had indeed been destroyed and covered up. I sent the owner a picture of the area the item had been and expressed how much the item had meant to us and our disappointment. I have not gotten a response. It's been almost a week. No reply. Nothing. Mistakes happen but it's how you handle them that really matter. Will no longer be employing them nor recommending them. read more

Sposito has been cleaning our home for about 5 years now. They are trustworthy, reliable, and do a great job.

We have been working with Christina and Lincoln for more than a year now ! They are wonderful professional reasonably priced fast and very efficient I can't ask for better service! read more

Love this service! They are very professional. Arrived on time and did a great job at a reasonable price. They even did extra things that I had not requested but needed cleaning, like my sliding mirror doors. I had them deep clean my kitchen and bathroom, wash all my windows and screens and clean my living room baseboards. I will definitely use them again. As soon as I figure out how to get rid of my cable bill I'm going to have them come regularly. read more

This Review is LONG over due.... Lincoln and Christianne have maintained our homes for almost 2 years now. We moved from Cordelia to Rancho Solano in Fairfield, and have stayed with them. I have tried other local housekeeping service companies from yelp that have 4 to 4.5 stars, and none of them compare. The attention to detail, and effort that Lincoln and Chris put forth to go above and beyond, to ensure your home is amazingly clean, and smells fresh is second to none. They are the Best! We have referred there services to several of our friends, and they too, use them now. Thanks for all you do Lincoln and Chris! read more

Lincoln and Christiana did a great job for me. From the beginning, they showed up at the time they said they would be there. They gave me an estimate that was a very good value and said it would be two full days. I thought it would be a couple weeks or so before they would be able to perform the work but they came ready to get the job done the following Friday as they said they would. They showed up on time ready to clean. At the end of the first day I could see the thoroughness of their work and that maybe they bit off more than they could chew for the price. This house has a lot of finished woodwork and had not really been cleaned for about 4 years. They moved everything to clean and cleaned from top to bottom. At the end of the first day, I suggested I pay them a little more than their estimate because of the quality of cleaning they were providing. They showed up the second day on time and cleaned the full day as well. The entire work was they performed was outstanding and my brother was very pleased to come home from the hospital to a clean house he has not seen in years. The clean house has inspired him to look into painting and new window coverings. Obviously they were hired to do cleaning, but what is as important to me is customer service and trusting someone in your family members home and they went beyond my expectations in this area which is a rarity today. Thank you Christiana and Lincoln! read more

I love these folks. I recently had surgery and our place was a mess. We had too much going on to clean our house ourselves. So I looked on yelp and contacted Sposito. Lincoln and his wife came to the house to give us an estimate on Monday and we booked for today (Saturday). What a great experience. The house is spotless, the floors are immaculate, they even cleaned the blinds and window sills. The team was super polite and it didn't take them very long to clean either. We will definitely be using this company monthly to help us keep our place clean. Great company, great service, reliable and friendly. read more

Called them like 3-4 times and just didn't get any response from them. They were supposed to come one day to give an estimate but didn't bother calling or texting to let me know that they couldn't make it. When I texted them to see if they were going to make it, there excuse was something about a lot of traffic or something. They told me they would call me in a few days to let me know what day they could drop by and that was 3-4 weeks ago. read more

I asked for a deep cleaning for my birthday this year & my husband called the Spositos again. We asked them to lean the kitchen and bathroom top to bottom and just to clean doors and door jams where fingerprints tend to accumulate. I tidied my living room but didn't mention anything about vacuuming. When I came home, I burst into tears when I saw that they had shampooed my carpets! They scrubbed ALL of my walls (including the crayon that mysteriously circles the picture frames!) the kitchen and bathroom at immaculate! She cleaned my oven, ran a load of laundry. They even scrubbed my window frames! For the last three days, I've been OCD about keeping this house as clean as they left it. I don't know how she does it all in one day, but it feels like a new house! I am so thankful for their amazing work here. I hope everyone takes my suggestion to give them a call!! read more

Straight forward: Sposito's cleaning services were amazing. Our house was not that dirty given we had all our furniture moved out and major trash emptied. But the devil is in the detail and I guess you could say Sposito's cleaning services cleansed our rented home of that "devil". From deep fridge cleaning, entire stove sterilization (above and beneath), to base board and cob webbing dusting, they did it and beyond. It was very professionally sanitized. My only critique would be on their customer service. They could be more professional in that department by booking proper appointments and confirming them via email or phone. It would really help them out since their clientele base is growing. read more

I hired Sposito for a move out cleaning last year. Their prices were better than all of the places I called. They did an AMAZING job. I just asked them to do a quick clean but they ended up doing way more than I expected. I ended up moving again recently and I called them again because I knew they do great work. I was just as satisfied the 2nd time. Definitely give these guys a call if you need your home cleaned. You will not be disappointed. read more

Could not be happier with the work that Lincoln and Chris of Sposito cleaning did for us while we were away. I needed the house to be cleaned in between guests staying as we rented out our house while we were abroad for a few months. They also did a full clean for us prior to our return and walking into my house when we got back was almost like walking into a show home! Everything was pristine and sparkling, the carpets were spotless and even looked fluffier if that's possible! They had even arranged the furniture to look better than we had it, I was so impressed I would have given them 10 stars if I could. All the guests who stayed commented on how clean it was too so I know it was of a high standard the whole time. If you live in Solano/Napa area and in need of superb quality cleaners then you cannot go wrong by calling Sposito Cleaning. Thank you so much Lincoln and Chris!!! read more

Greatest cleaning service if I could give them more stars I would. They came on time and did a great jobs cleaning my whole house.

My first time having a cleaning services and the lady who came was very sweet and cleaned well, but I should have made myself very clear on what needed to be cleaned because some things where left unpleasant like the floor and fridge, she came back and cleaned two days later but would of been nice to surprise my mom with all of it done the first day. read more

How can I say absolutely wonderful! We hired their services for this past weekend. They came at the last minute, and did a superb job. Lincoln and Cristiana worked long hours in order to have everything to their liking. Both were extremely pleasant, and professional. I have tried several other house cleaners in the past, and the difference between Lincoln and Christiana versus the others is night and day. I highly recommend their services to anyone that's looking for an amazing clean house! read more

Sorry to say that my experience wasn't good at all. I called this cleaning service in January and expressed the pressure I was under due to out-of-town movers coming in two days. The owner gave me a young man who was supposedly trained. I walked through the house and showed him the closets in each room asking him to clean and vacuum each. Some items were in one closet, those I asked him to remove. I also asked for them to vacuum the garage while it was empty. I had to leave to handle other business. I got calls of complaints because one sub contractor came to complete the shower stall in one room. The cleaner complained that he got in his way. (How when he didn't have to do that bathroom?) They rushed me to pay cash, and told me the young man couldn't finish because of that one contractor. I thought he had finished the closets (easy job), but found out he didn't do any of the closets. And he did maybe one third of the garage. I asked that he come come back to finish the job, but he didn't. It was a complete waste of money and my time. read more

Sposito Cleaning did a great job on my home! I'm getting the house ready to sell and needed a good cleaning after renters moved out. I left Sposito Cleaning a message, Lincoln called me back the same day and apologized that they couldn't help me right away but he said he'd call me back a week later to schedule a cleaning the first week of May. As promised he called back the following week. He and his wife came to assess the job, gave me a reasonable quote, and the home was cleaned a few days later. They went above and beyond- even wiped down webs and things out front and in the garage! I'm so glad I called them and definitely plan to call them again! read more

I could merely reiterate the glowing comments of others - and I do - but the bottom line is that they're the best - simply the best! Lincoln and his team should have their own category! No one I've ever encountered even comes close! read more

This is the best house cleaning business I have used...by far, the best. Chris and Lincoln are really good people and provide amazing service. I am so glad I found them! They are lifesavers to this full time working mom of 2 young children, 2 dogs and a messy husband. I HIGHLY recommend Sposito Cleaning! read more

Excellent on all fronts. A friend recommended Chris and Lincoln to deep-clean our home and they did such an outstanding job we now have them come once a month and couldn't be happier with the job they do. They are puntctual, friendly and self-starters. They go beyond what is expected. For example, Lincoln noticed that our dryer vent tube had cracked and he went to the hardware store and replaced the tube for us at no extra charge. Chris cleans and reorganizes the inside of our 'fridge each time and now we can actually see what's in there. As an added bonus they will wash windows inside and out. If you're looking for a hard-working, dependable cleaning service you can't do better than Sposito Cleaning. read more

We could not be happier with Sposito Cleaning! Yesterday they came for a deep cleaning of our home and it now looks fantastic! They went over and beyond our expectations of a cleaning service. Little things that i would have never expected were taken care of. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need. Very reasonable prices too! Cant wait to have them back :) read more

I have been using Sposito cleaning for a couple of months now and I can't say enough about how wonderful they are! My house is immaculate and they go above and beyond. After using two other local cleaning services, I was sooo happy to find Sposito. My bathroom is sparkling, my floors look amazing and everything smells so good. Highly recommended! read more

This review is also long overdue. The previous service I used started to progressively get worse as time went by. It came to the point where I had to move on. Chris and Co. have been helping me for about 6 months now and not a day goes by that I regret calling them. Sposito Cleaning does amazing work. They pay great attention to detail, special requests, and Chris is very good about communicating with me. I love nothing better than walking into my house the day they've been here. It looks great, smells great, curtains and furniture are always professionally vacuumed and staged. I'm very happy with Sposito Cleaning. Keep up the great work guys!! read more

When I first started with this company, they were very good, I was very happy... everything was cleaned, it smelled great. Unfortunately after awhile I noticed that they stopped moving things around and cleaning behind and under things. A piece of popcorn stayed under the couch for over a month (I only left it there to see how long it would stay there) and the lights in the bathroom weren't being cleaned. The lights are Edison bulbs and are exposed, so the dust really started to show after awhile. The place still looked nice. But they do different things for different people. My ex-husband has them and they do his bed sheets, he lives in a very large house and I prefer and moved into a very small house. They make his bed, do his laundry. I always make my bed before leaving for work, but I didn't make it once and when I came home, my bed was not made. I live in a very small place and was paying 80 bi-weekly. The clothes that were on my daughters floor were picked up and thrown on her bed, which was also not made. My ex-husband lives in a 3k+ sq. foot home and he is paying 100 a month for once a month. I paid 160 a month for bi-weekly service, and their service just went down hill, the house I was renting was 1000 sq. feet 3 bedrooms 1 very small bath... everything in that house was small. They broke an antique picture frame and didn't bother to tell me. They also broke a pure jade elephant that i had on my mantel. Lincoln told me that he was trying to glue it together, but it was too broken to fix. It was a gift from a friend of mine and was expensive. They left a note saying that they broke it, but then after over a month from not hearing from them I called and was told that they would have to replace it. I told them that it was a gift and I didn't know where my friend got it, the person who bought me it is unavailable for the next 2 months traveling the world and meditating everywhere, so I couldn't ask where he got it. They replaced it with a gray weird carved elephant that I found on amazon for 13 dollars, the least they could have done was replace my broken gift with a pure jade elephant or get something that looked similar... but JADE. I'm very upset that I lost a gift from a special friend and it was replaced with something cheap and nothing of similarity except the fact they were both elephants, and they broke a frame that cannot be replaced. I always keep my house pretty clean and they only had one bathroom and two bedrooms to clean, I never had them clean the 3rd room because I used it as a messy closet. In the bathroom sticky dust started to collect. I had to clean it and let them know. I give Sposito Cleaning a 3 because they are very nice people and did a very good job in the beginning, but after the multiple mistakes and lack of work ethic, especially in such a small space and what I was paying them to basically dust and clean the floor..... I decided to let them go and find someone else. I do believe you get what you pay for, and I was getting nowhere near what I was paying for. Very disappointing. If you use this company, be very specific with what is to be done at every visit and get it in writing. I really liked them and trusted them and do feel bad giving them a 3, but I don't feel I got a 4 star service. It went from a 5 star service to a 2-3 star service after about 6-7 months. I've always had a maid and I wish I could have kept the service I had when I lived in Hiddenbrooke Vallejo, but they don't service Vacaville and that is where I bought a home. read more
