I can call and talk to them right away and they're always so professional and kind! They are so knowledgeable and Have to help me so much with navigating insurance issues! The dental staff are always so sweet and are so lovely to talk to! I always appreciate how peace they help make me feel! Seriously, the most kind of staff! Dr Do is incredible! She ALWAYS goes above and beyond! I get very stressed about Work being done and she's never pushed unnecessary work on me. She tells me the pros and cons to different options and lets me process what's best for me. I appreciate how she thinks of long-term solutions instead of quick Band-Aids on things. She's also just a fun person to talk to and feels like a friend! The office is so clean and cute! There's a little fury tank that the kids love and comfortable couch and chairs to wait in. Maybe the best part is there is the sweetest office doggie! He has that hypoallergenic fur and is so love able. He sits on my lap sometimes when they Are working on my teeth and I just get to pet him and feel at ease. I truly would never go to another dentist office after going to Dr. Do's!

While I didn't catch it in the chair, I was surprised they didn't use articulating paper to check the alignment - a standard step my new dentist used before filing this crown down. I've also since needed further endodontic work on two teeth crowned here. I know dental outcomes can be unpredictable, but it added to my overall hesitation. - Communication: I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early, requiring me to leave work. I later learned it wasn't for a medical need, but so staff could practice using a new 3D modeling tool. A simple heads-up would have been appreciated. - Administration: The office forgot to process a cancellation and attempted to charge me a no-show fee until I corrected them. Overall, I've moved to a new practice and am much happier with the care.

I really lucked out when I found Dr. Sam. The entire office from reception to technician to hygienist made me feel welcomed. It was also my first meeting Dr. Sam. He was interested in me as a person, as well as whatever was going on (or not) with my teeth. He gave me an honest low down of my situation and what I may expect down the line. Prior to meeting Dr. Sam, I had a full series of x-rays (not the old fashion film type). Dr. Sam came in and looked at the X-rays and then did a full dental check. He was gentle (a big deal for me) and thorough. Karla was my hygienist and she too was thorough and wanted to make sure she didn't hit any teeth that were sensitive areas. Him and his staff have always made sure my teeth are in the best possible condition, even if I might not floss every day.. Oops. I've never had a cavity, I've never had any tooth problems - and I'm sure I have Dr Del Core and his wonderful hygienists to thank for that. In June I decided to get Invisalign through Brian, and I have to say I'm extremely happy with the results. He's been suggesting I get them for 5+ years now for my bottoms that were coming out alignment. I finally gave in and got em after chipping a tooth because my bottom teeth had become so crooked in front. Just 4 short months and my smile and bite are back to new. If you're eligible for the 'limited' Invisalign series, my suggestion would be not to wait until your teeth are so misaligned you need a full series. They cost more and they take more time. Just do it now. ;-) I haven't been this happy with my teeth in a long time, very glad to have made this investment in my future. Thanks Doc! I'll see you in 6 months for my regular cleaning.

Upon first entering the door we were greeted by professional, welcoming staff that made sure all of our paperwork was in order. The patient I was bringing in needed extensive dental work and Dr. Perkins generously offered to take her on as a patient. After a particularly difficult appointment, Dr. Perkins followed up with a personal phone call to reassure me that he was aware that the appointment was unusually difficult and addressed some unspoken questions I had. Talk about intuitive! Each of his staff members were courteous and encouraging. The greatest moment was today, when this young girl told me her mouth was still sore, from the latest extraction, but it was healing and she could never remember a time in her life when her teeth had been pain free. Dr. Perkins and his staff literally made a life changing difference. I would comfortably recommend this dental office to anyone. They are a judgement free, service oriented office that truly cares about the individual!

As a cash paying customer, they always quoted me one price on a service and then when I had the service a week or two later, they had jacked up the price. I was dumb not to get it in writing because I expected them to be honorable with their word. I would just write the "quoted" price on a sheet of paper at the time of the visit, but that holds no water with them. Perhaps now they give victims, I mean clients, a quote in writing but they did not do so when I was a patient. 2. When I had crowns done by this dentist, he put them on crooked and they "failed" (the final crown). The temporary crowns fell off while waiting for the final crowns. He is impatient and stand-offish while he works. 3. When I had my teeth cleaned, the hygenist said "oh the doctor will look at you now." Who asked for him? Not me! But he glanced for less than 5 seconds (no exaggeration!) and the frumpy brown-haired woman in the front office then charged me for a full dentist examination. I had enough of their ways and just moved on to another dentist. When I established with a new dentist, he claimed that Shively had done "horrible work" . I didn't need him to make any comment about Shively because I had the sense to dump him myself. If you have insurance, you will probably get through okay but if you are cash pay, expect to be fleeced.

I had a jawbone graft and two gum grafts over the years, as well as many maintenance cleanings. I'd had some bad experiences with dentists up to that point, and unfortunately avoided the referrals I'd gotten from my dentist(s) before setting up a consultation. The ladies in the front, one does the scheduling and the other does the billing / insurance dealings. Their names escape me at the moment, but both of them are great, and frequently went the extra mile. I can tell he chooses his assistants very carefully; they did most of my periodic cleanings, and I've never had a bad experience with any of them. Dr. Avera is very pleasant, calming and works gently and efficiently. In his free time, he likes to make cool photography/art that is hanging around the office, he's also a pretty great classical guitarist!
