The first time I got my phone fixed here was already a great experience. The girl who fixed it was extremely understanding and helpful and managed to fix it in a timely manner. This time, I got there about 30 minutes before close after rushing there from work, and the guy who was working today was still extremely understanding and helpful despite being so close to closing. He managed to fix my phone in an ever faster time (despite it being in worse shape than the first time) and was super understanding when I had to wait the 15 minutes for my phone to unlock so that I could transfer money over to my hacking account to my savings. I definitely recommend this place for any phone repair services and will definitely use them whenever I need my phone fixed. I live out in Hiram so it's a bit of a drive for me, but definitely worth it. I should also point out that this was the cheapest place I found for fixing my phone. My service and phone provider wanted over $200 and was just going to send it off which would have taken days to fix, and everywhere else wanted around $150. This place managed to fix it for just a little over $100. Definitely worth the drive for me and I will definitely be going back whenever I break my screen again (which is almost a guarantee with my luck lol.)

I arrived at the store and asked her for my phone, she said " She ordered the part and I would have to pay her for the part because it was on the way". Who told you to order a part? I kept telling I want my phone, I don't need any repairs done to it. She said well I can't give you your phone back until you pay for the delivery of the part. Why am I paying for something that I am not going to be using? Oh it's on the way so there's nothing I can do. I said it's not in my phone so I want my phone back. No you have to pay to get it back. She was holding my phone hostage until I paid her. I was upset I wanted to punch her in the face. I called the police who did nothing, but say I need to pay her for her service. What service she did nothing to my phone. My phone still wasn't working. I came back today September 13th 2025, phone warranty ends today, but she didn't want to give me back my phone until I paid her 88.00 for delivery of a part that wasn't put in my phone. I had to pay her to get my damage phone back. This is illegal. So I called my bank and stop the payment on the grounds that I didn't receive the part I paid for. All I got was my still damage phone. Don't do business with them. The woman was lucky that I love my freedom.
