Since I do not live close to this store location I wanted to check so that I would not waste my time or gas driving that far. The first person who answered the phone went to check and let me know what colors are available. When they came back to the phone they hung up on me. I called right back to the store and a different person answered the phone. I explained that I was hung up on and asked this second person the same question to find out if they carried this specific phone. I was told, "I believe we should have it". When I asked if he could check to make sure he again said "We should have it". I then explained to this person that I would like to be sure the phone was in stock so that I don't waste a long trip to their location. The representative then said that that was all of the information that they could tell me. Bottom line is that customer "non-service" like this will drive away potential customers and put off current AT&T customers. I would avoid this location.

For my birthday, I set out to be one of the first to get the new and improved iPhone 6/6+ when it arrived in stores. I chose this location to camp out in line for over 24 hours to be able to say "I got it first!" This location is safe, police security was out and about, and it is an actual authorized retail/core store (more stock available, opens slightly earlier than mall kiosk locations). The night before the new iPhone launch the AT&T staff set up the outside (roped off the starting point) for customers making it easy for us to set ourselves up in line for the long night ahead. The following morning staff was there extra early and began to set up tables of goodies for waiting customers. They offered free breakfast sandwiches (Chickfila for the win!), water, juice, pastries and there was plenty to accommodate the growing numbers of us waiting for the store opening at 9:00 am. When it was time for the actual opening of the doors, the AT&T reps came by in line order asking what our iPhone needs were, color selection, gig size desired, etc. That made it easy for those unlucky folk near the middle/end of the line to determine if it would be possible to score the phone of their choice. I was lucky number 7 in line. By the time I finally got inside, my transaction time was minimal. I was in and out in under 30 minutes (considering new phone set up, dealing with the cloud and connection etc. this was fast)! As a family, we've been a part of the AT&T family for several of the companies name changes. I always happily take AT&T phone surveys when asked and I am always able to rate them with high marks. I attempted to lower my bill & I specifically asked if was under a contract & I was told no. HORRIBLE experience at "The Landings" AT&T Store…read more Sales rep was slow and did not listen. We purchased an after-market phone online for my mom thats just a basic phone. AT&T does not offer a good quality "senior" phone and mom is "technology challenged" so getting her an iPhone or Android is out of the question. We went to AT&T Store to get a new SIM card for the phone we purchased. We were informed that the after-market phone was not compatible with AT&T and that it was 3G - when in fact all we needed was the correct size SIM card and the phone is 4G and is compatible - says so on the box and the website. Sales rep did not listen - was extremely slow and did not want to assist because this was not a sale and was not making a commission He fumbled around attempting to get the sim card out of the old phone and then after lying to us about the new phone told us her old phone was not working at all... but was working when we walked in the door before he messed with it. Lost ALL mom's contacts while messing with the phone and he allowed a paying customer to walk out the door with a non working phone.. I took the phone to AT&T Lithia Springs store where I received EXCELLENT service. They replaced the SIM card and phone was online in minutes. I did have to wait for 4 people in front of me but once they got to me it only took a few minutes. Fast forward a few days and there has been an increase in my bill for almost $100 - seems the person at "The Landings" added a phone to my account rather than just swap the physical device... Had to spend an hour with AT&T on the phone getting this taken off... Please get a service rep that has been properly trained and knows what he's doing.
