Given their location, parking is never an issue! They have designated spots right in front of their store front, but if those happen to fill up then you have the massive lot mere feet away! We were looking to add a line to our service and purchase a new phone, so we stopped in here over a recent weekend. When we walked in, Perez, the Sales Associate was quick to offer assistance. We told him what we wanted and he made it happen, no hassles or upselling...just did the thing! We wanted the best promo of the phone, Iphone 11 and was hoping for a specific color. However, they did not have any in stock, so Perez called around to a few other local stores to gauge inventory. Sadly no other stores had what we wanted, but we went ahead and took home what they had in stock...it's gonna have a case on it and mint green isn't even that bad! The whole process took less than 30 minutes from entry to exit. Perez was a man about his and our business and for that, I greatly appreciate him! I have been with AT&T for years now and have visited stores around the area from time to time and I must say that his was one of the best kept stores I have visited in a while. It was clean, not crowded with merchandise and well laid out. I do believe this spot just became my go-to store for those occasions I need to visit!

I stood for almost a minute inside the store with no one present. When she came out she said yea. Not welcome to art just yea. I explained to her I was here to trade in a phone. After almost ten minutes of talking. She then states the store closes at 8pm can I come back tomorrow cause she has been working from 9-8. As a customer. A new customer why am I being penalized for your schedule? Why am I being asked to come back when the store is open for another 20 minutes. She then tells me the safe has a 20 min time out. And she doesn't get paid over time so she's not staying. And they get robbed a lot. Yet you left the store unattended Jennifer. You were no where in sight when I entered. Keep in mind I'm still here at the store it's 7:56pm She then went to the back and came back and said the safe won't open. If The safe kicks down at 7:40pm why are business hours listed as 9-8? She never apologized for the inconvenience. And now I have to drive back 40 mins without a phone because ATT doesn't pay Jennifer overtime.

I am posting this review so others can make an informed decision before choosing AT&T…read more Over the past four months in Atlanta, my experience with AT&T has involved account setup errors, duplicate accounts, improper service disconnections, restoration fees despite payment, and ultimately the loss of phone service during an emergency. I was enrolled in FirstNet after being told in-store that I qualified based on my profession. Months later, I was told I did not qualify and needed to re-verify. While on the phone attempting to resolve that issue and switch to a standard plan, I was involved in a car accident. I informed the representative that I needed to call 911 and was told my service was being switched and that I could make the call. After calling 911, my phone service was completely disconnected. I could not call my family. I could not access GPS. Police were unable to reach me when they attempted to call back. I was left waiting for hours because AT&T had shut off the service I pay for--during an active emergency. Separate from that incident, my internet account was set up incorrectly with a mistyped email address, creating a second account without my knowledge. This led to a service shutoff for "nonpayment" even though I had paid and had credits on my account. I was charged a $40 restoration fee and have yet to receive that back. Despite multiple assurances that my accounts were merged, I continue to experience confusion within AT&T's system. The issue here is not inconvenience. It is reliability and safety. A mobile carrier should not disconnect a customer mid-resolution, especially during a 911 situation. If you choose AT&T, verify your account setup carefully, confirm plan eligibility in writing, and monitor your billing closely. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend AT&T.

In-store, I was told I qualified for FirstNet based on my profession. I verified my employment and enrolled in that plan at the quoted rate. During internet installation, the technician arrived two hours after the four-hour service window. More concerning, he incorrectly entered my email address and created a separate account without my knowledge. As a result, my internet service was later shut off for "nonpayment" even though I had paid and actually had credits on my account. I spent hours on the phone during my work-from-home day, missing important client calls, untangling an account setup error that originated during installation. I was charged a $40 restoration fee despite having paid my bill. To this day, my accounts remain separate and continue causing issues, despite multiple representatives telling me they have been combined. I am currently on the phone with AT&T again during my workday because the system still shows two accounts. The most serious issue occurred when I was later told I no longer qualified for FirstNet and needed to verify my employment again. While on the phone attempting to resolve this and switch to a standard plan, I was involved in a car accident. I informed the representative that I needed to call 911. I was told my service was being switched and that I could make the call. After calling 911, my phone service was completely disconnected. For hours, as I waited for police alone, I could not call my family. I could not access GPS. Police were unable to reach me when they attempted to call back. AT&T had cut off the service I pay for--during an active emergency. I ultimately had to walk away from the accident scene and ask strangers to use their phones. After my boyfriend arrived and allowed me to use his phone, I spent over 90 minutes getting my service restored. After escalating the issue and spending additional hours on the phone, I was offered a $25 "courtesy credit." This is not a minor billing issue. Disconnecting service during an emergency because of internal account and plan confusion is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this location based on how this account was set up and the cascade of issues that followed. If you use this store, verify every detail of your account in writing and double-check your plan eligibility before leaving.

The customer service at both the Georgia Tech and Summerhill AT&T locations has been horrendous. The staff is uninformed, disorganized, and frankly, unhelpful. No one can give a straight answer, and no one seems to know what they're doing. I've wasted hours going back and forth trying to make a simple purchase. While I've generally been satisfied with the FirstNet service itself, this situation has been so frustrating that I'm seriously considering canceling my account altogether. If this is how FirstNet treats first responders, it's shameful. All I want is an iPad -- this shouldn't be this difficult.
