The packaging (such that it was) had not been disturbed and they were in the exact selling condition they had been when sold to me. The clerk (I believe he is the owner), told me he "never accepts returns," but grudgingly eventually said he would refund me 75% of the charge, keeping 25% for a restocking fee. I asked where that information would have been given upon purchase. My paper receipt had nothing about it and there was no sign on the wall. He produced a separate paper listing the restocking fee, which had not been shared with me when I purchased the items. He explained tersely that he is a small business and reiterated that he never accepts returns and I should be grateful he was making an exception. So -- be warned -- if you purchase supplies from this business, be aware that he "never accepts returns" and that if he decides to make an exception, he'll retain 25% of the payment. He said it was something she had done, which was not the case at all. He messed up the home button and the phone no longer function. The other phone screen was replaced and the phone no longer functions properly. The screen is not responsive to touch at all. DO NOT GO HERE TO REPAIR YOUR PHONE. For your own sake! It depends on who you ask for help. I came into this location after two phone mishaps. The first time was in November 2017, my son had dropped my phone into water (the toilet) and I was coming in to see the options for phone replacement, since I had the "Metro Back up" insurance. The customer service from the lady that helped me great, and she was really helpful with explaining how things work even though they could not help me in the store, because I was outside of the warranty period. She provided a pamphlet, and explained how I could go online to order the replacement through the third party insurance, and the phone would be shipped to me overnight. I followed her instructions, and everything went smoothly. This weekend I came back to Metro PCS with my dad who has dreads to come into the 21st century and use an Android or IPhone. His existing flip phone was defective because of also being exposed to water (again the toilet). We were trying to see options for replacing the phone because the texting pad does not work well. We brought in old working flip phones so that we could transfer the service from the damaged phone to one of the alternatives, but Metro PCS could not transfer the service from his phone to another older phone, because the flip phones were outdated. The first lady that attempted to help made it seem as though he would have to purchase a new phone. My dad did not want to do that because I had just bought him the replacement about 3 months ago. Another guy came over and asked more probing questions, and ended up helping us find a less expensive solution. Because my dad had had the phone for less than a year, we could replace the phone the same day with an in stock phone (same model) for $30 or have the same model ordered and shipped to the store for $15. Both options were better than purchasing a new phone because even though the flip phones are only $29 the service fees would have made the new transaction cost about $60, because a new phone purchase is considered an "upgrade" (even if it is a flip phone). We did not have to pay the $15 until the new one arrives and my dad was able to keep his existing phone and phone number. The replacement phone will be here in 3-5 days, and my dad will be able to text again.

They wear masks and currently Atlanta's mayor requires all shops to do so. Here, no one was fidgeting with their masks and then touching customers' phones. There was only one other customer here and so practicing social distancing was easy. + Cellairis is an Atlanta based franchise that sells cell accessories and repairs cell phone screens. I have a screen and case warranty with Cellairis and last weekend, I needed to replace my phone tempered glass and case. After dealing with the Cumberland Mall Cellairis cluster, I called this location and they (Sam) confirmed they had several cases in stock for my phone. ++ Services vary among different locations. While their Cumberland Mall location was the worst I've experienced, this Atlantic Station Cellairis was awesome! I don't frequent Atlantic Station often and Sam the man provided directions and parking instructions. It was easy to find them and Sam greeted me upon my arrival. Sam took my warranty info and helped me pick out the color for my case. Literally, Sam took care of the entire replacement in 5 minutes! So NICE! + Parking is underground free for first 2 hours and street is metered, patrolled and ticketed. They replaced it with a non-apple screen but lied and said it was apple. They fraudulently sold me a product that did not work. And they did not reimburse me, I had to work with my credit card to get the charged covered. Then just last week my relative did the same thing and the Apple Watch broke the next day. Do not trust this specific chain, they are a rogue group that hustle you out of your money and into lower quality electronic replacements and take no responsibility.
