Now they have food- they have a terrific gourmet grilled cheese food truck outside specifically catering to Flint City Hard Cider called Hard Core Grilled Cheese. They're really good, so good in fact, that we ordered a third sandwich with chips to split after we had already ordered sandwiches with our cider. They even have vegan/vegetarian option, including vegan cheese for the less carnivorous types (my wife is happy about that). All sandwiches come with pickle spears and homemade chips. The food was excellent and the cider was great. Service can be hit or miss, depending on how busy they are, but the staff was pleasant and helpful when describing cider options. I like the atmosphere and the vibe. It's quiet and relaxing. They have bar seating, family style seating and two person tables throughout. The night we were here, they were hosting a curbside concert outdoors. The entire evening was nice. It'll be great when they can use the stage they have inside to host live music.

They had a nice variety of reasonably priced ciders on tap by the glass, including the option to order flights for $12, in addition to howlers and growlers. I ordered Walk the Lime, which was a tart flavored cider. I rather liked it, it wasn't too dry or zesty. I've had their signature, Flint City Dry, which is decent, but a bit too dry for me and not my favorite. However, Pineapples in Flight was excellent and is one of my favorites. Maybe next time I'll get one of their flavored cider shots. The cider infused cocktails looked interesting, too, so I'll try one of those the next time we stop in. Overall, the cider options were varied. The service was good, the cider was excellent and the location has promise. It was dark, but very spacious with substantial seating and a few arcade games and whatnot, with a nice stage area, which I kinda hope will be home to live music down the road. There's something for every beer drinker! The owner also distills all his own spirits and makes all of the syrups that go in his drinks! It's truly impressive! When we first stopped in, we got talking to the owner who let us sample many different beers before we finally settled on a few drinks. I had their Taco Crusher that has the best Jalapeno flavor. My friends got a spirit flight and the Diablo Margarita. We kept going with a Strawberry Lavender Lemonade and Old Fashioned. Nothing disappointed! I asked that the strawberry lavender lemonade be made with vodka instead of gin, as I don't care for gin, but the owner convinced me to order the drink as it came and he did not let me down! Every drink we had was sooo good! The owner is truly passionate about what he does and is so knowledgeable and happy to explain all the processes. The beer was delicious and the service was WAY better than others; even the customers were friendly and welcoming by offering their recommendations and conversation. I will say that if you're looking for the boujee, typical wood pallet decor atmosphere, you're not going to find it here. Red Line has more of a garage feel to it. I will definitely be back in the future when I'm in the area.

My niece also shops here from time to time when they needed a bottle or two for her family holiday parties. The owner is Sail Dawood and store manager who is nice to talk with when a customer is looking for a special brand or particular bottle. The business name is spelled differently yet the meaning of this local party store supports the Community with snacks and crackers plus many beer (kegs too) brands, wine and liquor. First things first - the sign is going to read KKB not the whole words spelled out. And Sal may be a bit of a smart alek if you walk in asking for something. That said, not only is there an OBSCENE selection of liquor for such a small town but Sal knows his stuff. He knows comparable spirits for what you want (and knows and will admit what's paint thinner), will clue you in to sales and will order whatever you like if you don't find it there. It's farther away from me than several places but I will likely make it a point to swing buy and support them when I'm around. And certainly will go to them if I want something special.
