At first the guy I spoke with at first to have shirts done with was a sweetheart. He struggled with machines and I had to go home and come back a few times because he needed to call machine company to fix problem. He was supposed to call when shirts were ready but he didn't and he never picks up the phone. but I felt sorry for him and decided to come back for more business. Before I came back the second time I kept trying to call but there was no answer so I showed up only to be rudely welcomed by some girl who clearly didn't know anything about the business. She told me I'd have to wait for the guy who I met with last time. He wasn't in that day :-/ Because I was desperate, I sent an email detailing my order and asked if they can help. Never heard an a reply. I called and he said he hadn't had the chance to read my email and he would call me back...that never happened. In short, very unprofessional, unorganized and not really worth it. Go somewhere else.

During that time, I called multiple times and repeatedly asked to speak with a manager, only to be told that the manager was "unreachable." There was no communication, no explanation for the delay, and no effort to resolve the situation. A business should value its customers' time, and this establishment failed to do so. Waiting over an hour without any accountability or customer support is completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and poor communication made an already frustrating situation even worse. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their customer service and reliability. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this business and will think twice before ordering from them again.

It's a gorgeous space - modern and sleek with a kitchen even. Feels welcoming. I was walking my dog Gerbert so only had my credit card and keys on me, and Delroy actually waived the dollar temporarily (too low for a credit card purchase) and said to come back and give it next time.
