I do really love shopping at Teeter and this store is a great example of the chain. Produce area was clean and well stocked. The young lady who took my order at the deli was polite and efficient. The meat counter was well stocked and while these steaks are a bit more expensive than the ones I'd have gotten at Aldi, they're high quality. Grocery aisles are wide enough for carts and the shelves are properly leveled. There are no "holes" in the stock today and the prices are displayed clearly. Restroom was clean and they have a free wifi. This store also has a Starbucks that was great to sip on while I shopped. [Review 12638 overall, 2430 of 2019.]

A shopping experience at Publix is no short of pleasant and enjoyable! I have fond memories of…read moregoing to Publix when I was growing up in Miami, so I was very excited to see a Publix open up in Cornelius, NC. This particular Publix is clean, organized and has a nice parking lot (with easy angled parking!) In terms of value, you can't go wrong with their BOGO deals. BTW, their sales paper is super easy to read and is organized really well. If you're buying items that are on sale, I think it's comparable to most grocery stores. I also think their private label items are reasonably priced and taste good. Lastly, I'm a big fan of the Publix bakery. It's the only reliable place I've found to get a good Cuban pastry like a pastelito in the suburbs of NC. Also, I grew up on Publix birthday cake, and I wholly believe it is the tastiest. Their custom cakes are super convenient, and they give you many options for cake flavor and decoration. I've never been disappointed by their selection. Furthermore, they can get you a custom cake quickly. I believe it was 24 hours, but you'll have to check with the bakery counter.

Find another case with a variety of steaks ready to be cut - ribeye and NY strip were just a few examples. The cases have oils and spices to enhance your cooking. At lunchtime on Saturday there was a line to order sandwiches but it moved pretty quickly. The meats, peppers, seasoning, and bread far surpass anything you'd get at a chain sub shop. Half a sandwich filled me up which meant I got to enjoy the rest for lunch the next day. Between cold cuts, paninis, and hot sandwiches there are a variety of sandwich options. Grab one of the tables inside or sit at a table on the sidewalk on a nice day and enjoy a great lunch at Ferrucci's.

My jaw hurts from chewing on the hard crusty bread from my sandwich…read more I decided to give this place another try after my lackluster first experience. Unfortunately, it fell short, again. None of the sandwiches I've tried have blown me away. Theyre not bad, but not memorable. Limited selection in the prepared foods counter. Service is okay. The people who take your order are friendly but the woman who checked me out kinda wasn't. For an Italian deli (and I'm Italian with high expectations) this is a no from me.

I usually order a deli sub about every other week via the Harris teeter app…read more I prefer the app, since it is hard to hear when ordering at the deli counter. Also allows precise ordering. Typically I have no trouble other than the sub not being ready when u get there. This time I ordered at 11:15. Email at 11:30 when it was ready and I got back to the office with it at 11:50. It was a soggy mess. Ordered tuna, not toasted with all the veggies and no dressing. I avoid the dressings since that can tend to make the bun soggy. This sub looked like it was made the day before yesterday. When I pulled it out of the bag, it had soaked through all the papers and dripped on my desk. A lot of vegetables were not inside the bun, but between the papers. As I unwrapped, the innermost paper disintegrated and I had to pick pieces off the bun. Lunch was half over so I had no choice but to dig in. As always, the taste was pretty good. Veggies still crisp. But the bun was a a wet cold nasty bit. Ate the insides with a fork and tossed the bun. Not sure how this happened within 45 minutes.

Tuna Noodle Casserole…read more Back at Thanksgiving, the company I work for gave everyone a gift card for Food Lion. Food Lion is not a store we normally shop at because we have Harris Teeter, Publix and Fresh Market within 5 minutes of our house. Still we had this gift card and my wife coming back from Circle at Church decided to go ahead and use it and pick up some things and use the value of the card. This is when she found that the carry Tuna Noodle Casserole in the frozen dinner section. None of the other stores we shop at do but this one does and she loves Tuna Noodle Casserole. Good for her but because of an earlier experience with producing a copious amount of Tuna Salad Sandwiches, I prefer to stay as far away from Tuna as possible although I have been known to eat Sushi with Tuna. She was happy with her Tuna Noodle Casserole and this past Sunday, she wanted to stop on our way home from Church. We split up and she went one way while I hunted for Steaks for dinner along with fruit that we could snack on. Steaks were easy to find and they were a very good price for two Rib Eyes and when cooked, were very good. The fruit was OK but the precut watermelon was very bland. The Pineapple was OK. What I was impressed with was the Latin Section. They have one of the most expansive and comprehensive selection of goods for the hispanic community that I have seen in this area. Very good selection and we will be back. This was not my first time in the store although it has been a number of years. In the meantime, they have remodeled somewhat and it's a very pleasant shopping experience.

This is one badass Harris Teeter!…read more Why? Because the girl at the front said, "Hello" when I walked in, everything is crazy clean, there are Petey's Bing beverages here, and the Frozen section sign has icicles (very cool). I was only here because I was getting my car serviced at the nearby AAA and didn't want to sit around. I need to move. This led to trips inside: Marshall's, Petco, Bagel Bin (plain with butter), Target (two visits), Old Navy, and Harris Teeter. Not in that order because it would be strange if I made two consecutive trips inside Target.

Harris Teeter, depending on the neighborhood they served, varied somewhat. This is one of the more upscale ones serving a rather upscale area. That said, with a lot of competition, they have one of the lowest price structures in the Harris Teeter chain, This is particulary true if you use their loyalty card call a VIC card. The deal with Kroger was only consumated back in May but already, things have changed. A large number of items have had their price reduced and Kroger/Harris Teeter is making a statement that they are going to be competitive in the long run. That said, we have been shopping at this store since it opened probably 15 years ago. Selection is excellent and the staff is great. If they are out of something or you can't find something within the store, they make sure it is on the next truck and if not a normal item, will pass on the request to the pertainent buyers. The pharmacy staff is also excellent and have been responsive to every need. One more point and that is they just finished a store removation and now they offer a lot more from an in house deli, breakfast bar, pizza bar, salad bar etc. Only thing missing is a place to eat it, otherwise you have to take it out.
