I don't normally give reviews, but looking at the negative comments made previously, they don't match the experience I had with the company. I'm a single mother of 3 and was trying to find a reasonable company to fix my 3rd break light on my Cadillac CTS. That's when I found Rush Repair. They were very competent and knowledgeable on the exact issue I was having. I felt comfortable sending my damaged parts to their shop. They assured me the problem with my light would be resolved in a timely manner. Sure enough it was! I received my light back earlier than expected, clean and in working order. I couldn't have been happier. I would definitely recommend this company. As far as these people having bad experiences with Rush Repair ...I see their experience was years ago. Mine was just MONTHS. Don't send your Cadillac 3rd brake light to this guy. I paid for his service through Ebay. I sent him my 3rd brake light with no scratches or cracks. I received a cracked damaged 3rd brake light. I contacted seller and he blamed UPS shipping. UPS denied his claim and now I'm stuck with a cracked 3rd brake light. This guys runs a lil chop shop out of his home not a business nor a professional by far. His communication skills are horrible and his information is always conflicting. Sounds like scam right? I am out of 66 bucks plus 40 for shipping and I have nothing. He still has my cracked 3rd brake light as of today. I have been dealing with this guy for over 30 days with no resolution. I have filed cases with E bay, pay pal and UPS for fraudulent activity. I have pictures of his sheisty work. read more

I used Rush Repair to repair the third brake light on my Cadillac CTS. The repair was really affordable at less that $100. That's a lot better than the $700 the dealer wanted to replace it. On August 7th 2014 I had purchase a Cadillac third brake light from rushrepair2012 (Rush Repair) which had a lifetime warranty. The brake light stopped working in May 2016 and was under warranty so I sent my brake light to Rush Repair. I paid for the shipping to Rush Repair and the return shipping. They sent me back the brake light in July 2016 I opened it and it was not the light I sent to them. They also included a letter addressed to a different person and the other person's address.It was in very good condition as I had only bought it a year and a half ago. I wrote to the company and told them that they sent me someone's light. This was the reply I got "Not sure what you are talking about, I no longer run day to day business since the owner died. Send me your complete name and info and I will look into it. Do you have the customers info on the light you have. Rush SR, passed away a few weeks back. So, we have had a few issues." I then sent him the letter they sent ion the box with another persons name on it. They wrote back that they would contact him and write back. I hadn't heard from the since July 29th on 8/16/16 I messaged rushrepair2012 and said "Hello, I haven't heard from you since July 29th. Can we get this resolved? At this point I would prefer to just have my $300 back from my purchase from you. I will eat the shipping for the mistake of you sending my light that was in great shape to someone else and you sending me someone elses broken not able to be repaired light. Please advise" On 8/16/16 rushrepair2012 replied with "Not sure what you are talking about. I talked to the other buyer and they have their light. We do not have your light. I checked and sent you a message" they followed this message with another 2 minutes after saying "We have no order from you either, not sure what you are talking about." On 8/23/16 I replied to the above messages with "i purchased a light from you. It was in good shape. I paid 300.00 for it 1.5 years ago it stopped working I sent it back for repair and got someone elses light that is in bad shape. You tell me what should be done ???? Really???" On 8/23/16 rushrepair2012 replied "I talked to the buyer that you say you have his light and he says he has his light. He is saying you are not telling the truth. I also did not have his light here at the same time your light was here and he bought nee light from us months before. We reuse boxes and i wrote that letter months earlier." On 8/23/16 I replied to rushrepair2012 "Sorry I have no reason to lie to you. I own a business and deal with people everyday. All I can say is the light I got back is not the light I sent in. Also the other guy is very quick to say I am lying. He is the one who got a good light. I am not in my office right now I will take a look at the letter that was in there. If my memory serves me right it was dated June when I got the light back." On 8/23/16 rushrepair2012 "At this point it is his word against yours and we have no way of knowing anything else." On 8/23/16 I replied to rushrepair2012 "I have the letter you sent and your email saying rush Sr passed away and you have had some issues with sending the right stuff back? And I am making this up? I guess I will just have to file a complaint with ebay." rushrepair2012 wrote back on 8/23/16 "Ok, I understand and that is your right but we did follow up and Getting the right stuff back is not what was said. Getting things out on time yes, but you have that right" On 8/29/16 I replied back "Just for your information. I have the letter dated June 27th 2016 that you wrote to the guy in NY. I will have my admin assistant put it online to show what a stand up company you are! It is not about the money it's about doing the right thing! I don't appreciate being called a liar. By the way I will have her post on ebay and google and everywhere else she can think of. Your claim that you sent that letter a long time ago is false! It was when you had my light for repair and took 3 weeks to get it back!! Have a great Day" On 8/29/16 rushrepair2012 said "Not sure what you are talking about. I talked to the party involved and they say they have their light and you dealt with my father and it was his business, but now he has passed and we are picking up the pieces. I apologize that you are unhappy, but I work here and am taking things over, so I am doing the best I can with what I have been handed. If you want to sling mud at a great military veteran then go ahead, but he cannot respond to your negative rants and posts, and I do not have the time to worry about your retaliation. if you can provide me with a light and a receipt we can fix the light have, but we have no light of yours and the other person is not responding, so I am not able to move forward and can not give lights out on word.
