Our a/c lost the cooling the year before and we were able to recharge it, but that was not a permanent solution. I scheduled an appointment with them over the phone and was able to have my vehicle fixed within days. They diagnosed the issue for my A/C in my 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500. It hit pretty hard when they told me the price for the parts and service! (not their fault) I even called another place for a quote with what I was told needed to be fixed. Economy Care Care gave me the best price they could, and provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. It has been over a month and the A/C still runs great. We plan to revisit them in the future for other car care needs. Thank you to David and his team at Economy Care Care in Valley Park!

Couple hundred miles on so far, no issues outside of the ones that were already there lol. I'll be bringing our fleet to these guys moving forward. Thank you guys for the great experience! Since discovering Arvin Auto, I've made it a point to only get work on my cars done here. I may go other places for preliminary diagnostics or emergency, but I always come here for the work. They're extremely efficient in getting your car in and out; whether last minute or with an appointment. They've always been very honest: Ex being I'd go somewhere else and get a list of items that "needed" fixing. Then come to Arvin, and they'd say No you don't need that, it was just this XYZ simple fix, which would end up being much cheaper. I had to call near the end of the day, only to be told they didn't have an inspector available and that they would need to keep the car another day. Again, the next day, there were no updates. I had to call myself and received the same response. We didn't get our vehicle back for over 72 hours, despite never being warned this could happen. When we finally got it back, we were told it failed safety inspection and supposedly needed around $1800 in repairs, plus new tires and a laundry list of other expensive work. The more we questioned it, the more the story changed. Suddenly it became we "just needed brake pads." The employee talked in circles, contradicted himself multiple times, and when we expressed frustration over them keeping our car for three days without warning, his response was, "I'm sorry I guess." Neat...super professional. We replaced the brake pads elsewhere and returned for the reinspection. Would you look at that, there were now different issues that conveniently required more repairs through them leading to once again the vehicle not passing. I would like those minutes of our life back between the complete lack of communication, professionalism, changing explanations, and endless expensive repair "recs". We will never be back, and I would advise no one else go there with their vehicle unless you'd like to donate some of your kids college fund to them.
