Absolutely a pleasure to work with! I called Red Hawk for my friend at 12:50 pm on Sunday Father's Day during a massive storm. My friend was moving from Missouri to Michigan and was only 3 hours into his road trip when the alternator failed. Red Hawk drove over 40 miles to meet us and had the car back on the road before 4 pm. He replaced the alternator incredibly fast and, while he was there, also spotted and fixed a separate broken ground wire. He took the time to explain everything clearly and tested the repair multiple times to make sure everything was working perfectly. He was a true gentleman the entire time, professional, kind, and patient. Thank you for your service, sir. We appreciate you as a veteran. We're really blessed to have him in our world. Highly recommend Red Hawk's Mobile Mechanics! read more

I'd be very careful reaching out to a company like this. I had the most bizarre interaction with their phone representative. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day, but he started getting very irate and aggressive towards me when I tried to explain my wiring harness issue. He hushed me twice, which I chose to ignore, but when I tried explaining it again he just blew up at me, told me to this is how they operate their business, and hung up. I don't understand what I did to him, I was so nice and never even reacted to his anger. I don't know if the company is a scam, but I just want people to know the representative that answers phone calls has some personal issues going on and he is negatively impacting this business because of it. (If the business is even legitimate). read more

Cliff is a creepy old man who attracts himself to his customers. We agreed on one price of $490. Cliff also agreed to fix anything else that was wrong with the car after he changed my starter , Cliff couldn't figure out what else was wrong so I told him I'll take it to the shop and don't worry about it. I paid $50 & $260 for a diagnostic which he never told me a price for it . I then paid more than half of the 490 at the beginning and once the car was fixed I would pay the remaining as stated in the text. He now is harassing me and sending me threats due to me saying don't touch my car anymore and I'll be taking it the shop because he couldn't figure out what else was wrong with it and was guessing it could be this , that and the other. Cliff has also touched me inappropriately while working on my car In front of my boyfriend and I checked him about it and he felt some kind of way which plays a huge part in it. I will be getting a restraining order on this creep. Please be careful ladies! read more

While I was doing a DIY install on my vehicle. I ran into an issue that I knew was beyond my experience and he was more than happy to help me get the job done. He has lots of experience that made a task that would take me most of the day only take about 2 or 3 hours and. He showed up on time and has an awesome truck. read more

Sometimes the Universe sends you someone who unexpectedly shows up and not only helps but exceeds your expectations. This is what I found with Cliff. He has gone above and beyond when my daughter and I were stranded at a piolet. Frazzled and weary of any mechanic, Cliff came thru and since has won my buisness always. Reliable, honest and fair. I would suggest to anyone in need of his services. read more

I am a traveling nurse and needed a mechanic while on contract in Missouri. I've had some not-so-great dealings with Mechanics and was worried about finding someone honest being so far from home. Mr. Cliff Dean Red Hawks Mobile Mechanics in St. Louis, MO, was absolutely FABULOUS!!! Fast, friendly, professional service! Mr. Cliff took care of two issues I had with my gladiator. First, I had to have some warranty paint work done to my driver's side doors, which were not mounted properly after warranty issue addressed by another company. I was getting rain and air coming in driver's side as a result. I asked Mr. Cliff to look at it, because previous company stated there was nothing wrong with how my doors were mounted. He found the issue (doors were NOT hung correctly AND all bolts were loose); he had it fixed within 5 minutes. Second, I bought custom bumpers for my gladiator. Mr. Cliff had done such a great job before, I asked if he could install my bumpers. He did an outstanding job on the bumpers!! I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Cliff Dean of Red Hawks Mobile Mechanics for any of my automotive needs. He's the most honest mechanic I've met. read more

I was looking for a mobile mechanic. My car during the extreme California heat what's causing my vehicle to overheat only during driving in town that was staying fine on the highway. Cliff wasn't in California yet he was able to over the phone let me know the issues that were going on with my vehicle and what I should have looked at. Intern I was able to bring it to my mechanic when he was back in town and have the correct parts looked at. The saving me much money on having my vehicle collapse on itself. Too bad California doesn't have cliff thank you for your assistance. read more
